I received the item. The steam machine is not working

I was honestly sceptical when ordering a personal sauna but let me tell you this thing is amazing. Perfect amount of heat that's for sure. Also it states one person but I built a small bench for inside and honestly it fit my girlfriend and I both inside comfortably. Of course we are not hugely built so that's something to consider.Definitely recommending this to all my friends and family!

I waited awhile before giving this review. The product arrived timely and was easy to assemble. After two months, however, the steam generator died. We were disappointed, and contacted Amazon. They said since it was past the 30 days, there was nothing they could do, and suggested we contact the seller. We did, explained the situation to them, and to their credit, they shipped us another steam generator free of charge.Although we initially had this problem, I’m still giving them a 5 star review, because they stood behind their product, and did the right thing.

they say it will last up to 99 minutes but the steamer will run out of water before then I get about 60mins which is just enough for one person to use the steamer room but not long enough for two. I'm looking to buy a 4L steamer when this one brakes

Does not work. The steam pot does not switch on and heat.
