These were a much brighter silver than what I was looking for so I sent them back. I cannot tell you whether or not they were sturdy or with the quality was like otherwise. I will say that it was a very good assortment of head pins and had I not been looking for something different I would have kept these.

They’re pretty sturdy but can still bend easily . Some arrived slightly bent but not many. I bought for jewelry making and they’re perfect! Easily fits beads and loops easily on the ends. I’m set!

The flat head pins are a little thicker—0.8mm—than the ball head pins—0.5mm. Because of this, the ball head pins are not as sturdy. Most of the pins arrived bent, and if any were close to straight, they were the flat head ones. The two top pins in my picture show the worst of the flat head pins, and the best of the ball head pins. I will still be able to use them for projects, but not any projects that require straight pins. The note included with the order shows they are aware of this problem, but don’t intend to fix it. Overall, I am satisfied because there are a lot of pins for such a low price.

I gave 3 stars because the ball head pins are more like wire. They might be useful for seed bead projects but not what I was looking for. The flat head pins are strong and work great.

The actual head is too big, the length is ok

I knew what I was ordering, I won’t use these in every project but it’s nice to have so many sizes and colors just in case.
