This is a great product
We bout this for our 5 year old son. He’s obsessed! The second battery that comes with the truck is a game changer. No upset kids when a battery dies, because we have a second one that’s ready to go! This truck has provided hours of fun with my kids!

Great but unfortunately the battery broke
My son is turning 15, and this may be the last toy he ever asks me for. He immediately opened it and began playing -- he was thrilled. Unfortunately, the battery tray broke on the first day, but they were great about the return, so he was happy. The details, both visual and sounds, was on point and really adds to the fun.

Easy Replacement of defective unit
Amazon made the process easy to exchange a defective unit and replace it with an exact replica that is now working properly. The remote control device was defective!!

Really a shame. 2 broken now within a few hours a use
The excavator works great still. We have been through 2 dump trucks both breaking within an hour of useReturning the 2nd one. Really a shame it’s a cool little truck that compliments the excavator great. They are both small and compact. Very disappointing.

So far not so good.
It only came with 1 battery not 2 as the picture shows. I have ordered a battery charger to see if that is the problem. If it works after the battery is charged all is good if not we will be returning it.
