Excellent value and look great
I bought these based on the reviews. Yes there are some reviews claiming that these slip on the engine gaurds. I chose these based on the 31mm I.D. which is just under the 1.25" standard for the stock engine gaurd on my '15 limited low. The other set I looked at said 32mm I.D. which is just over 1.25".These are hefty and feel durable, not chinsy. The finish is nice. I haven't ridden with them yet, but I'm sure it will be fine. As far as installation, there aren't any instructions. However, anyone with basic mechanical apptitude can install these. Takes about 20 minutes.I do have some tips that I figured out along the way:The tension washers come in the same orientation as pictured. Reverse the orientation on one as pictured for proper fit. When installing the footpeg to the arm, do it so the pegnis in what would be the upright or stored position when not in use. This makes it easier to line up the bolt holes. The flats of the tension washers should be facing the flat of the peg where the two set screws are located. Pegs should be mounted to the arm before mounting to the bike.Even though the I.D. of the clamp is stated to be slightly smaller than the 1.25" standard, I did still have to tighten further than I liked to keep them from slipping. At this price point, nothing is perfect, but these are dang close. If they do begin to slip, I'll just wrap some electrical tape around the engine gaurds where they clamp. I'm sure they will be fine as I tested using my feet and legs to see if they slip.I just got these, but if in the future something happens, I'll update this review.

Decent Alternative For A Limited Budget
Working great on my 2018 Ultra Classic. I'm 5'11" and find these to be the perfect distance. I have them mounted just above the bottom curve of the engine guard. My knees are just a little bent with my feet on the pegs. Can also rest my heels on top for even more stretch.Echoing what others have said though these do take a bit of muscle to get properly tightened down. You'll either need an extension for the supplied hex key wrench or use an 8mm hex socket and long ratchet handle for the main clamp bolt.My only criticism at this point is that there isn't a real detent for holding these in the up position. They use spring steel shims on either side of the pivot point to provide resistance. As a result I had to tighten the hinge bolt a little more than I liked to get them to stay while riding.Peg up and open angle adjustment is handled by two set screws in the hinge assembly. These are a loose fit and will likely vibrate out over time. Be sure to take them out and apply some blue locktite once you figure out the angle you like. Again, not sure how these will hold up over time but they seem to work for now.All in all the price point seems pretty spot on for what you get. They are heavy, the chrome looks great, and they don't look cheap. I only knocked one star due to the lack of a proper position detent and the lackluster hinge tension. I plan on leaving them down unless parked in a tight spot so I'm willing to deal with it.Hope this helps someone and don't forget blue locktite is your friend. Ride safe!

Seemed OK when they arrived, after install realized they are junk and dangerous.
I'm very mechanically inclined but could not get these to fit properly. I have a 2018 Ultra Classic with the appropriate size guard bars for these to fit.The quality seems decent out of the package. When you go to install them you quickly realize they are just designed poorly or have poor quality control. When you put them on the bars, they are loose. They come with some cheap plastic sheet you can cut and put between the clamp in the bar. I tried using two pieces on the bar which was still not enough. Note this makes it extremely difficult to hold everything in place while mounting. The bracket is VERY tight as I used an 18 inch breaker bar to see if there was a chance they would work if I just tightened them up more. It looked and felt good when I put them on but when riding the vibration and pressure from your foot cause these to spin out of place which is dangerous. (Think hit bump in the road and you foot rotates the backet and you foot could hit the ground while moving).I assume I'm passed the return period as I bought them over the winter when I bought my bike in the off season. They do look fairly nice. Also this is probably because they are too large, but they didn't scratch my bike when taking them on and off (they are loose and there's a thin plastic piece in the joint).I hope this review helps someone else avoid wasting their money like I have.

Use the right tools to install
After reading the critical reviews, I requested a return label. My Lindy crash bar arrived the day after the pegs, so I decided to see what all the gripes were about, because the product is very well made and appealing to the eye. My discovery was that the included allen wrenches are worthless. They're cheaply made and will not provide the torque necessary to properly tighten the mounts. I used a 3/8" drive ratchet with a craftsman hex drive socket. Don't be afraid that the threads will strip, I really torqued down on the main clamp, and the feel was solid. These pegs when properly installed are just as good as Harley OEM. They are sturdy and won't slip. The diameter of my Lindy crash bar is 1.25" and the peg mounts fit perfectly. I highly recommend this product, if you're not mechanically inclined, ask a friend that has the right tools to assist you with installation. These pegs more than met my expectations. Don't forget to apply a drop of Loctite 242 Threadlocker Blue to the threads of each bolt to prevent losing parts due to vibration. "Keep The Shiny Side Up while ridin Ur Scooter"

Not the best
Got these for my engine guard. They would move around with not much effort. And the small screws came loose multiple times after retightening causing them to fold in the wind. They look good and felt of good quality but I had to take them off
