The device comes as advertised. It works well in Germany and is very quiet. We only use it to power our phones and my CPAP device which is why I bought it. It comes with power cords for the Europe, UK, US and Canada. Included is a handy carrying bag! Good purchase.

Worked as expected
This worked as we expected it to. We took it on a trip to Europe for 14 days and never had any issues. I didn't bother taking a hair dryer, so I'm not sure if it would work for that. We used it to charge phones, a tablet, and a computer. It didn't work for our electric toothbrush.

Took it with me to the Philippines
No issues. Charged phone, watch, and laptop all at once. The only thing that wouldn’t work plugged into it was my beachwaver but that’s it! Small and light enough to pack into my check in luggage, worked well the entire two weeks.

Doesn’t work
I bought this last year for a trip we didn’t end up taking. Now, I’m in Europe, and every attempt to charge my iPhone and MacBook Air fails when I plug my charger into this converter. At first it seems to start charging. Then after a few minutes, my devices go from charging to not charging to charging to not charging.It’s so frustrating and such a waste of money. And worse: I have no way to charge my devices now with five more days ahead of me.Absolute scam of a product.

Broke While Traveling
Update: The company actually read my complaint. Then they reached out; and replaced the unit. The units my two sisters purchased worked great. I think mine was just a lemon. It happens. I will test it out this October. Thanks to the company for being so consumer minded!We bought this unit early in preparation for our travels. My two sisters bought the same unit. It worked the first day of our trip. Then the green light kept turning red. It broke. My sisters’ unit kept working. Now it’s too late to return it. Not very happy.

Great adaptability and compact for traveling
Even in the box, the step down converter is the perfect size. Had no problem in Asia using the converter. Charged phones, battery banks, cameras, etc with it. I like the extension cord type which allows more flexibility. The usb c is a great addition for quick charges.

Very functional and reliable.
Used these every day for 3 weeks in the UK. Lots of plugs and usb. Excellent value. Green light helpful. Carry bag excellent too.
