Awesome Microphone for Kids!
I got the VTech Sing It Out Karaoke Microphone (White) for my son, and he absolutely loves it! Even tho he’s a little shy to speak in it lol he loves the songs and sounds that’s on it. It’s super fun, easy to use, and surprisingly durable—he’s dropped it a plenty of times and it still works perfectly. Great for keeping him entertained. Definitely recommend

Awesome toy for toddlers
Came with batteries, however the switch was on so the batteries were already dead. Once I put new batteries in and handed it to my daughter she was absolutely elated with it, such a great toy/gift and unregrettable buy, well done vtech.

Almost perfect
5 month UPDATE:This thing is STURDY! It has stood up to the beating my toddler gives it. It's literally tossed about on hard floors daily. My toddler plays with it everyday, except for when we hide it when we're out of batteries.Which brings me to a major CON: THIS THING EATS BATTERIES. I'd say on average it gets about 20 mins of use each day and dies after about 2 weeks. We really love it though. You've been warned.ORIGINAL REVIEW:ConsHeavier then expected. Although it's nice sturdy plastic, I get a little on edge when my daughter drops it on onto the tiled floor. Wish it came with a rubberised glove or something. For now, play time with it will remain heavily supervised as she's only 12 months old.Speaker gets crackly/buzzy and distorted when you get too loud or too close to the mic. This is the biggest con for me because while the speaker gets sufficiently loud (imo) for a small toy, I just wish it handled louder sounds better. Paid $9 and would gladly pay three times that for a better quality speaker. That said, it's still a great toy and I don't regret the purchase.ProsFeels to be made of sturdy materials.Volume control15 nursery rhymes songs along with the option to play instrumentals only so you can sing along, karaoke style.5 voice filtersApplause buttonBluetooth!! Okay, so this was not a selling point for me but when I tried it, it really peaked my 12 month old's interest. How it works, is, you hold down the Bluetooth button and it beeps and tells you a code, then you search for the mic with your device's Bluetooth and, presto, you can play anything you want on the toy's speaker. Pro tip: play Ms Rachel's songs and keep your kid entertained for a significant duration.

Toddlers love this mic and fight over it regularly!
Fun mic that our 2year old twin toddlers have enjoyed for the last 6-9 months. It took them a while to figure out which buttons did what, so in the beginning we played the songs for them and they just talked into it. Now they know how to use it, they primarily use it as their own portable music machine to listen and don't sing into it as much but fight over it regularly. We have not used the bluetooth function, but might try that once they are older, for now they are happy with the songs it comes with. Only con is the on-off switch down for on and up for off (which seems backwards to me) on the top of the handle, right where they hold it so they accidently switch it off all the time, which they find frustrating. Would still recommend for hours of toddler entertainment.

Buy it!
Definitely worth the buy for my 3 year old and it’s even cooler that you can connect to Bluetooth with it and play your own music for the kids to sing to. It does have its own music too. 10/10 would buy again if it broke.

.
Does my toddler love this? Yes. Do I love this? Not particularly (my son screams into it..nonstop..). Is it a huge hit on play dates to the point I’ve bought them as gifts for other friends and family members? Yes.
