I love this belt, I had tried a more expensive belt but it was SO small, they sent an extension strip so people over a Size 0 could TRY to use it.This one is nice and wide, the red light array is really long and wide, I can wear it and it covers my back hip bone to hip bone.The power connection area is a decent distance from the red lights, meaning you will not have the power connection or a power pack [Not included with my model, but I am FINE with that and had one for this piece anyway] digging into your back when you try to sit wearing it.It has plenty of settings, simple but also easily customizable for your needs and likes.I would have preferred a wireless controller, but this is fine, the controller has cords of a perfect length so it's not in your way, can be reached to adjust or restart easily, and is short enough to not be a bother if you're a woman who has to use the restroom. The cords should not be in the way or fall into the commode, in other words.I do have a mild concern about the USB plug that is used to get power from a power bank. It gets pretty hot, to be honest. Electronics do not like to be hot, so I might see about getting two extras somehow, just in case that heat kills the USB cord.I am so happy and relieved to have this! It truly has reduced my pain dramatically, which after chronic Pain has been a constant companion since 2003, it's so wonderful that it's luxurious!I've also been using it for my neck, which I broke decades ago and was never treated for. Again, I am so happy that it works so well, I almost cried in relief.I recommend it, especially since it's so helpful while being much less money than other belts that are a literal scam.

This red-light therapy belt is easy to use. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The belt has a plastic cover on the side that sits on bare skin, but it remains flexible and comfortable to use. The control is pretty straightforward and responsive. I like that it has an auto shutoff timer at 30 minutes but also the option to set your own. I am currently using this for my persistent tennis elbow pain, while my husband uses it for a lingering lower back pain. The key to achieving results with red light therapy is consistency, so we have been doing 20-minute sessions four times a week. I started feeling some improvement on the third week, my husband not till the fifth week. We are going to continue using this belt as I read that results get better over time. Bottom line, with consistency and some patience, this product worked for us. If red light therapy is something you are considering, this wrap is worth a try.

I bought this red light therapy belt to help with my back pain, and it has been an excellent investment. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and the infrared light really penetrates the muscles, providing noticeable relief after each session. After a few weeks of consistent use, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and a reduction in pain. The battery lasts quite a while, and the material is of good quality. I highly recommend it!

Have only used this a couple of times, so can't give a very thorough review. The large size is very good at covering a large portion of the affected area. Very lightweight and soft. Easy and seems very durable when putting back in the box. Tingling feeling after having on leg for 20 minutes, so you know something is happening. Has to be effective, at least it doesn't give any surprises in the lasting effects.

I absolutely LOVE this red light belt! I have another one and both do the job of pain relief but this one is more convenient with the belt style. The other one I lay on. I use this one mostly for belly fat. I use my other fir my back. Depending on where your back hurts, this might be better used if you turn it so the length runs the spine and lay on it. Otherwise it's great for lower or one side of upper like a shokder or the neck but it's more narrow so it can't do the entire back at once. An improvement could be too widen the belt but overall I'm happy with it.

This has been a life saver. When I first got this I was hardly able to walk . This has been light and actually simple to use . Love the fact that it's not bulky and sticky like others I've owned in the past . This was much cheaper and does not lack one bit of quality. The only thing I wish I knew was that I had to buy the powerfully separately but it was actually pretty awesome once I got it .

Good product for the price - I ordered this to help with my knee pain/bursitis. It seems to be helping gradually with the inflammation in my leg. Controls are easy to understand. Product is comfortable and works as expected.I ordered before they updated their photos, I was expecting a white controller, and got the small black controller (which I will admit feels cheap, and is constructed so the up bottom is on the left side instead of the right?) we will see how long it lasts. 4 stars because the product description at the time did not match what I was sent.

This therapy wrap is my new best friend. I experience pain which makes it hard to get to sleep. I've only had it a few days and I've had relief of muscle and joint pain enough so I can relax go to sleep easier. It is made very well, has great design and easy and comfortable to use. Definitely recommend.
