First, it's OEM packaging was excellent in its design, material, and construction. The materials for its assembly were complete and individually packaged and secured within the OEM packaging; even including a wrench to ease assembly. The written material can only be described as top notch, concise, and complete. The product itself, the cast iron burger/bacon press, is a high quality casting with excellent drillings and threads cut into it to attach its handle; the assembly materials, acorn nuts, studs, and washers reflected in general the excellent quality of the press casting itself. I don't usually effuse over products like this, however, once in awhile I come across a product that literally epitomizes the meanings of quality and quality control---this Cuisinel Cast Iron product is one of those. If this is representative of all their product line, I heartily recommend them as a first look for potential Cast Iron products. I certainly will look to them first.

This grill press is perfect for steaks burgers chicken. I am using it nearly every day! Cook time is faster and more evenly cooked. I pm using nearly every day !

We use this pan for making Swedish pancakes, crepes, homemade tortillas and more! Easy to use and clean! Highly recommend!

We’ve had this skillet for almost a year now and it’s a great tool to have in the kitchen. My one and only issue is the plastic “scraper” that cleans between the grooves. The quality of the plastic is not very good. It’s already melted from trying to clean the grooves out while the skillet is still warm. Not hot, but warm. They should use a heavier gauge plastic or aluminum instead.

Perfect weight . I use bacon a lot and I love how it makes it flat .

It’s already seasoned so that’s a plus. My husband likes it, used it on the grill, got to get it real hot before you put the meat on it. Cleans easy. Haven’t tried it on the gas stove yet.

Im from canada. We use to make dosa in Iron cast pan. I brought this pan from different shop it wasn't good after seasoning it at home. I was skeptic at first. But after 2 dosa it came good. Now I'm using it in regular basis. Very good product.😍
