Light, well-made, runs small in waist
I am a 5'11", thin woman and it's difficult to find a good pant fit. These rain pants are very light weight, appear well-made as promised with mesh interior, double stitching over the tape-reinforced seams, have perfectly sewn zippers above the ankle, and nice pockets. No threads hanging anywhere. The rise (waist to crotch measure) is so long though, that I have to roll the waist over for a good fit. The label says Size Small / 26-30" waist /34" inseam. The inseam and hips are perfect, but the waist is slightly tight on my 27" waist, even before rolling over. If your waist is any larger than 26-27", order a size up. The iCreek label that was inserted in the bag says 100% polyester, but the stitched in label on the pant itself says 65% polyester, 35% PVC. They are quiet to walk in and not hot against my bare legs. Overall I am very happy with these rain pants and will have to see if they are truly waterproof in a downpour.

Fits as advertised
I don’t care for reviews where it starts with “I haven’t actually used this/these/it yet!!” So I’m only going to address fabric and fit. The seller made a big deal about the fabric being waterproof so I’m going to assume it is.I’m 5’7” and weigh 225#. These fit great even over blue jeans. Plenty of room for my 42” girth, crotch length is good, waist height is good, and 28” inseam is accurate. The ankle zipper seems a little flimsy, but the width of the leg is such I don’t think I will need to use the zipper at all. I’m sure the zipper is fine - I just don’t think it will stand up to a lot of up and downs. The fabric is very soft, not NOISY at all, and the pockets are deep and well placed.I just ordered a second pair.

Waterproof!
Waterproof is a yes. Feel very cheap and lining is weak. Could easily be torn as other reviews said. Wear something thin underneath. Your legs will get wet from sweat. Not rain. I suggest putting anything that states waterproof under sink and testing it. I put on my arm and ran water. Dry. They get the job done. Good for price. Could pay more and get nicer.

Great protection from getting wet
My husband is a big man so it’s hard to find a size for him. I bought these for him. They fit him perfectly. They are loose enough to put over his other pants or shorts. The quality is great. Has extra lining inside. Has Velcro at the bottom of the pants to adjust. Has a drawstring to tighten around waist. Long pockets. The quality is perfect for the price. Thick material, hard to split.

The cut is wrong but the material is nice.
Nice material but the pants are cut wrong. They are nice and loose fitting but the back of the waistband barely comes up high enough to cover where the good Lord split me, while rising above the belly button in the front. I had to order a bigger size just to make sure I would not be mistaken for a plumber.

They work!
I finally got to wearing these iCreek Men's Rain Pants for a full day. The rain was gentle but continuous, in 70 degree weather. The inner mesh prevented my legs from feeling clammy (I was wearing shorts). The pockets were useful, and the pants are waterproof. My companions were jealous, as their raincoats were keeping their top half dry, but their bottom half was wet.

They are perfect
I got a size up to fit over my work pants for my commutes to and from work. I've tested them in heavy rain, even sat down on a very wet bench to have a cig and I stayed completely dry. They really are waterproof and fit perfectly. They are also very light weight
