The wood is well dried thus lights easily. It also produces an impressive amount of heat when in the ember stage. I used it on an OONI Pro it fit perfect and was easy to manage while cooking multiple pies. Consider me subscribed.

I love using these wood pieces with my Ooni 12. They fit great. They burn quickly and hot but they also burn down to ash quickly. They are visibly very porous pieces of wood so it explains the quick burning and high heat, but it means you have to replenish to wood very often. I don't have enough experience with my pizza oven to know if this is common or not. I do enjoy using these pieces of wood as they work better than the stuff I was burning that was cut for my home fireplace.

If you bake a lot in your pizza oven this is an expensive option… I only get about 2 baking sessions per box .. great for the weekend bakerThis wood burns faster than other brands I’ve tried so you have to add more often

Great product. Lights easy and gives off great heat for even baking. The box will last a while so it is a good buy for the money.

These work perfect in my new ooni pizza oven. The chips are just the right size and light very easy. Box should last me about 2 months and I use my pizza oven at least once a week.

After using a brand of wood that consisted of different sizes of chunks, these wood chunks are far superior because they are uniform in size which gives them a better burn consistency. I was able to control the oven temp much easier with these wood chunks. Definitely recommend this brand of kiln dried wood.
