Very good but cook carefully.
To be nice, these must be marinated for around 24 hours and then cooked in a pan reasonably slowly - but less than 10 minutes. I give them 3 minutes a side, but cooker rings and cookware differ.I say this because I haven't always done this, and what has turned out is suitable for resoling my shoes. I emphasize this is NOT Booth's fault but my fault for doing things too quickly. I have cooked them both ways, and the way I recommend delivers a lovely and juicy pork steak. You can use any marinade from off-the-shelf ones to homemade ones depending on how flush you feel at any particular time.

Tasty loin steaks that make a lovely meal with or without accompanying vegetables. They also make a great fast cooking casserole or curry.

Nice enough but a little pricey for the size
Nice quality pork loin steaks that aren't pumped with water like other supermarket ones I could mention.Bakes well in the oven with minimal shrinkage.I marinated these in peri peri sauce the night before, which went down lovely at family dinner.
