My Bouviers love this food and do extremely well on it. Both are extra-large, long-haired dogs. and have excellent health with long shining coats. I just got a new bag today and was glad to see that the 24-pound bags now have a larger size kibble than previously. Much better size for medium to extra-large pups. Was thrilled to see that change. I highly recommend it, and so do the Bouviers!

This meets low fat diet needs. Both my elderly dogs have pancreatitis. One has severe ibs and food allergies. I’ve tried many low fat vegan dog kibble. She was unable to tolerate any of them until this one. I still have to feed her half fresh food but this is supplemented for the other half. All my dogs love it. Our old man has done good on it. This replaced Royal Canin prescription low fat gastrointestinal food. I wanted something our sensitive girl could eat too. This is also a little bit cheaper in price which is hugely helpful. Our puppy who has no dietary restrictions loves to eat any kernels of this food she can find so I’m assuming it tastes great as well. Since she’s a pup and is a little picky.

Item arrives on time (subscription) and well packaged. Due to the fact that it's vegan based, the price is up there and I do wish it was offered in a larger size as well. Feeding three dogs on this diet/brand is expensive as it doesn't last a month. The plus is that it does help the one with all the allergies and the others don't seem to mind they're not getting any meat/poultry in their food. Even their treats are vegetarian! In a nutshell, I recommend this brand and the fact that you can have it dropped to the door, a plus.

This is one of the few dog foods that does not contain meat. My dog likes it and has a very shiny coat. We use half this and half a mix-in that contains everything but the protein, to which we add meal worms as protein. Trying to be kind to animals of all kinds. Sorry beetle larvae.

I think it's nice but I'm not sure how it tastes, the dogs eat it, not me. They seem to like it OK but they can't talk and tell me so, I'm just assuming they like it. They could just be eating it because it's the only option. They enjoy treats more than this but what, you want I should just feed them treats? That's not right but they don't understand very well. There's a communication problem that exists between dogs and humans that one would assume would be solved by now but it's not. The advancement of civilization seems to be at a standstill in this regard.There are two dogs who eat this here and a pig sometimes gets into the house and when she does she goes right for the dog food. Her name is Alice and she really loves this stuff, I don't really need to be able to talk to her to know that, you should see her suck it down like a vacuum cleaner. We have three pigs but Alice is the one who really tries to get in and raid the dog food, the others are not as interested, not that they wouldn't eat it given the chance. The pigs eat almost anything but don't like some things such as bell peppers. As far as communication goes, the pigs really do very well. They seem to understand a lot of words and you can get what they're thinking a lot of the time, not always buy more so than dogs or cats. We've also some ducks and who knows what the heck is going on in their minds, it's a mystery.The ducks are not interested in dog food in the slightest.

I bought it for my friend's dog and everything was fine for the first couple days. Pretty standard stuff, He would put in a bowl and then the dog would eat it. This continued on for probably about 3 days without incident, but then something changed on the 4th day. I noticed the faint aroma of healthy grain and vegetables. I stared at the dog's bowl, the fires of jealousy burning bright in my eyes. I wanted what Spot had. I am not talking just about the food. I wanted the naps, and the belly rubs. I got sick of watching him live my perfect life. Sure, I had some money, a decent job, a family that loved me. But was I a dog that got to enjoy the 28 lb bag of Natural Balance Vegetarian formula dog food? No, no I was not. This kept me awake. It was a desire that burned deep into my soul. So I decided to do something about it. It was just after midnight on the 7th day. I knew exactly where the dog food was kept,and I wanted it. So I crawled out on my hands and knees to enhance the experience. I tied a silk grey tie around my eyes to see only in grey. I would have what Spot had. I found the food after sniffing carefully around the cabinets. I knocked it over with ease, I was the biggest dog now. A canine champion. The food spilled onto the floor as I howled and began my feast. They should have kept it higher. But it would have been no use. I was like nothing they had ever seen. I ate until my stomach lining expanded, then I ate more. I could feel the Natural Balance strengthening my newfound canine abilities. I could feel my hearing sharpening, I could feel the desire to lick my own testicles and the ease at which I could. I lay there in my own filth, surrounded by the remnants of my feast. The transformation was complete.10/10 would buy again
