For the value the taser is a personal defense item. Works as expected for a civilian device, I did dry tase and deployed one cartridge it did have enough power to drop me to my knees. I am 290lbs 5'11 in height not small in stature by any means this will the user enough time to get out of the area and call law enforcement. Cons holster is useless very flimsy and taser gets caught up in it, I just had one custom made from my tactical guy here in town. I am glad the pointless alarm doesn't work remember this is not a duty issue taser it's for personal defense stick to the X26 professional use taser.

The media could not be loaded. Solid taze gun for the price.The alarm doesn't work (thankfully).Accurate shot, but aim a little higher than the laser because the laser does not take gravity into account (obviously).I'm not sure of the power, but it seems like it would stop an attacker in their tracks unless they had some really thick clothing maybe. The noise alone will make them think twice.Overall, good defense weapon.

The holster is completely useless and the siren didn’t work on mine when it arrived (a feature I didn’t want anyway). The 2 little side straps on the holster interfere with the flashlight and laser fittings to the point it takes 2 hands to remove it. A ramp on the back of both these features would probably solve that problem but you can’t review what ain’t there. The cartridges fire like they should, it sounds like a light .22 blank is propelling them. The prongs stuck into my privacy fence from 8-10’. Pretty neat for 40$, waaaay cheaper than most. I suspected the propellant would be a compression spring or some other stupid method but it is a powder charge. I suspect the taser is weaker than advertised but I haven’t had the nerve to try it on myself, so it is a good visual deterrent so far, lol.

Doesn't do anything except sting a bit, wouldn't charge, voltage output tested to 13,000V, personal opinion it wouldn't drop a mouse

I haven’t used it on any living being yet. But I let my son do a test fire on some cans out in the backyard. It works perfectly. I’d say about 7ft distance is about perfect. It is loaded with gun powder, so it packs a little kick. Totally worth the few bucks I spent for self defense at work. Since I can’t trust myself with an actual firearm, this is the next best thing.

I really like this taser. I carry it with me wherever I go. It really gives stupid people a reason to pause and do what I say. The only problem is that it has a tendency to misfire after a period of time
