It is what it is, whether Nr actually benefits us is pretty subjective. Lots of research out there on Nr so have a good read and make a decision.

Good product!

I have had many different brands claiming to help produce Nad+, this is the only one I would say works. I do feel 100% after 1 month of taking these. The packaging alone provides a solid opinion on quality. Great first impressions and attention to detail. I would recommend these .

There was no need of one time password!

Within 24 hours of taking these I was getting horrible "fluttering" feelings in my chest. I'd never experienced anything like this before - so had to Google it. This supplement has apparently caused heart palpitations. I've never had anything like this before, and despite trying to "power" through the effects hoping it would only last a day or two, I've had to stop taking them - and am now worried I've done some sort of damage to my heart ?! Not only are these VERY expensive for what they are (I'd prefer they skipped the fancy marketing box and reduce the ridiculous price !) - but after feeling pretty healthy BEFORE taking them - I now feel much WORSE. I've since also googled Tru Niagen and heart palpitations - and I am NOT alone in having this horrible side effect. *Update* - I contacted Tru Niagen to ask about this side effect because if there was a simple way to avoid it, I did want to keep taking them. However not only did they have no solution - they denied it was even POSSIBLE. Numerous doctors say otherwise. If you want people to trust you - at least be HONEST about the well documented possible side effects of your supplement ! I have now returned them. Over £70 to feel like you're about to die ? NO THANKS ! Heart palpitations can apparently be anxiety related. I had ZERO anxiety (at least I didn't before taking these). If you want to try them - be aware of this potential side effect - and don't waste your time trying to power through it. Oh and if you DO experience it - don't bother speaking to Tru Niagen. They don't care about their customers.

Definitely gives me extra energy

Because this is a very expensive product, I counted the pills. There were 89 and NOT 90 !! Also, there was a DEFECTIVE pill casing consisting of a HALF-PILL CASE which was damaged (torn). I am assuming that it got through the quality control and the empty half-pill-case was counted as one of the 90 pills. Usually I wouldn't care, but because this product is over £100 I am definitely complaining.

So this is a tough one to review for some people as it works on the inside, and you can’t always notice the effects. So I m one of those kids that’s been doing fitness for 30 years, I run, I bike, I lift. As time has had its wicked way and I have found recovery takes longer and a sore back in the morning a little too frequent. 8 weeks after taking this stuff I don’t get the sore back in the morning, recovery is a bit quicker, my training has not changed, this supplement is the only change. I have recommended to everyone I know, and they would be fools not to listen, as would you. Buy this stuff, I do because it works.

Seems to work! Pain in shoulder en wrist anr bones are almost gone. Also more clearly in thinking. Blood pressure 80/120 It doesn't toke years off so far😬 Update..after 2 weeks problems with sleeping. Feeling tired whole day but not able to sleep as I use to. Waking up everyday around 0.5.00 in de morning. Feeling drained an not well at all. This was getting better after I stopped taking Tru Niagen for a few days. Investigating this problem i read about TMG supplement. Taking this together with Tru Niagen solved the problem. Th NAD+ precursors potentially put a strain on the methylation system. This seems to be the case. Also it possiblity can fuel homocysteine without TMG..,.

Lo descubri a través de un libro y esta marca es una pasada, desde que lo tomo a partir del mes o mes y medio, Siento que tengo más energía, que ahora llego a 4 o 5 cosas más y 300mg al dia me va perfecto.
