These cartridges are amazing, I made a few enquires about them directly and the supplier was very pleasant and genuine. The cartridges arrived really quickly from order time. As you can see from the pictures they are well and carefully packaged. The real bonus here is the chip is already installed, no fiddling around with little tools to move a chip from one cartridge to another. I have all cartridges installed and they are working perfectly, print is equal quality if not better to genuine HP cartridges which one cartridge would cost the same as this entire set. I recently purchased the 4 pack for my HP M479fdw and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The cartridges were easy to install and worked seamlessly with my printer. The colors were vibrant and the text was crisp and clear. It is easier to install than the previous version as you no longer need to carefully screw out the chip.

I purchased these cartridges and literally only printed 4 color 20 page booklets for staff training and already the ink is fading. Blue almost gone

When I found out that there were cartridges being offered that possessed the necessary chip for our HP printer I was ecstatic to know that installation times would fall. And it is so much easier to use, as always customer service were good at getting back to me with the queries I had confirming that error messages using these cartridges does happen, but print quality has been normal since using them. I'd recommend using them to anyone interested in a cheap but also hassle free solution.

This is a good set of cartridges, hp originals are very expensive and other non-genuine ones are a little bit of a hassle as they dont come with chips and you have to faff about trying to fit it in. These cartridges comes with the chips already installed and the colours are as vibrant as the originals.

I've had bad experiences with other 'compatible' cartridges in the past, but these are the second set of Amstech ones I've bought, and both have been excellent. Print quality seems just as good as the HP originals. These ones came with chips pre-installed, and they worked fine. My PC still reports that the ink levels are low - so it's not quite the same as buying HP ones - but that's a minor issue compared to cost saving.

I have tried several different 415X compatible products, but this product was by far the best in terms of quality, ease of instalment and value. Highly recommended--I would definitely buy this item again.
