This lovely unit arrived quickly and my plumber put it in with ease. It looks terrific and works like a dream for outdoor rinse offs during summer fun, and the plumber installed drain valves which will allow us to use it all winter long (nothing like a warm outdoor shower before a hop in the hot tub). Really happy with this item for price, ease of use, and versatility (rain fall shower head and super useful wand). Very happy with this addition for outdoor living.

This fixture is beautiful especially for the price point. Heads up - the installation instructions are lacking. We used the video on the Amazon product description for reference, which helped better than the printed instructions. The first time we installed this it leaked everywhere. After reading several positive reviews about the customer service, I contacted the company about our issue. They were quick to respond and said to keep the old fixture and they would send out a new one free of charge.After a couple of weeks the new fixture still had not arrived. Turns out it's an issue delivering to where we live. I contacted customer service again. They were again quick to respond and offered to pay the additional shipping fee to have the new product mailed to us. We FINALLY got the new fixture. This time it worked great! We did add in washers this time (didn't see anything about this in the instructions), meaning the first fixture may have actually been fine. Oh well. Glad we have an outdoor shower now!

I had this shower installed by a plumber. He had to modify the valve connection to fit our deck bench, but aside from that, no issues. The faucet valve is solid, however the other parts are made of thinner metal. Be gentle with them so as not to scratch the finish. I actually purchased the matte black knowing that it would be easiest to touch up the paint in the future (if it continues to work). We still need to box in the water lines. Be prepared to wing it on the instructions...they are pretty worthless, if you can even see them they are so tiny. But nice looking shower, works perfectly, and my only regret is that I waited so long to do this. In Florida an outdoor shower is almost a necessity, not a luxury. The price on the shower from this seller was amazing compared to others on Amazon that seem to be identical. A great buy so far...and loving it.

I bought this outdoor shower to have it installed next to my swimming pool. This is a perfect shower with high quality materials, cost effective compared to higher brand prices and seems easy enough for installation. The material feels heavy body and well made with black matte finish.The package came with all the accessories as per the product description and it has single handle control lever that adjusts the temperature of the water easily. The cool feature is its adjustability catering to varying preferences and needs.My plumber is still working on adding new lines as you can see in my picture and once after the wall framing is complete, this is going to be installed. Very excited to use my shower soon in a few days and will update back with pictures soon.Overall, great product and at this reasonable price, this is a great shower. I still need to see how it works in upcoming seasons as it is rated for outdoor. But, happy with the purchase.

I've been using this since it was installed three months ago. The water flow is good, and it works as it should - however - it is already rusting around the valve that switches water flow from the wand to the shower head, and some of the collars are starting to show signs of discoloration and rust.
