Never fluffed up.
This pillow never took shape. It remains flat and will not properly fluff up into its case. It’s unusable unfortunately.

Not as described
The pillow I received seems to be missing the “cervical support” part of it. It literally just slopes downwards. I purposely bought this pillow just for that function and it’s missing :( will probably be returning.
