As advertised.
Use it to make a quantity of milk for my tea, in place of canned milk, when I run out. Good to have on hand. Dissolves nicely. Tastes good.

Tea
So good mixing this in with black tea. I know it’s dried milk, but the taste is nicer somehow. Also, the aroma is nice.

Perfect for home bread baking
I've had a bread machine since 2018, and use it every week. Many bread recipes use dry milk, and this Nido brand works great every time. The recipes usually call for nonfat dry milk, but think about it: would nonfat milk of any kind add much flavor to your recipe? Added to that, recipes using liquid milk in baking invariably ask for whole milk.So I put 2 & 2 together and decided to try the Nido. I love it! Nido really enhances the flavor of my breads ... so much richer now, and I'll never use anything else. This is my second purchase. It keeps very well in the pantry, and lasts many months. A 5-star product all the way.

Great option for milk on the trail
Great option for milk on the trail. Whether you want to pre-assemble powdered ingredients for back country cooking, or if you want some milk for your morning breakfast. This stuff works really well for either option.Does it taste EXACTLY like milk from the store? No. But it is very close. The aftertaste is a little different than traditional milk. Different, not worse. Really, people that are complaining about a "bad taste" are just complaining because it tastes different to what they are used to. But come on, if you'd never tasted traditional milk before, you'd probably think it tasted pretty weird the first time.To eliminate chunks when mixing with cold water, first add just a little water to the powder (I start with a 1:1 ratio) and mix/smash it into a paste. Then add a bit more water, mix well into a very heavy gel. Then add the rest of the water, mix well and let it sit for a minute. If you just add it to the full amount of water at the start, you'll never be able to mix the chunks away.
