Beat everyday knife
It feels solid and good in my hand, and it has a good weight and balance. Easy to control, even at the tip. The handle doesn’t slip in hand, which makes all cutting with the alloy steel blade feel more secure.

Razor Sharp and Feels Like a Pro Tool!
This knife is amazing! The Japanese steel blade is incredibly sharp right out of the box and slices through everything effortlessly — from tomatoes to tough cuts of meat. It has a great balance and feels solid in the hand. Easily one of the best knives I’ve ever used in my kitchen!

Good everyday knife
Great value, not Chefy knives in terms of balance etc, so far they work great for making regular meals on a daily basis at home. They look great but don’t have the greatest balance and the handle shape seems a little off for a normal sized hand. These aren’t the knives you want if you want to imagine you have a Michelin star, but they are the knives you want if you cut up a lot of vegetables and need don’t treat your knives as a sacred object. They are the cheapest knives that I could find with this particular type of steel which is strong and keeps an edge.

I love this knife!
I have been using this knife for a little over 4 months now and it does everything I could want it to do. It cuts vegetables, meats, and fruit perfectly. I am a amateur chef, but having a good knife makes cooking a lot more fun. I highly recommend this knife to anyone who wants to get into cooking.Over those 4 months I have not sharpened or done any maintenance for the knife (aside for basic cleaning with soap and water) and it still cuts great. I intend to sharpen it in a few months to keep it at a sharp edge, but if you're not keen on knife maintenance or anything of that sort this will still be a great amateur knife.
