Good tent - fits BAK Revolver cover, bad tent poles
I have a 6.5’ Ford F150 bed with a BAK Revolver X2 Tonneau cover with Thule TracRac rails. To install I rolled the top fwd, put the tailgate down and added to slit tennis balls to protect the BAK opening mechanisms from cutting the tent. I found that the tent does fit nicely over the rolled top and the cross poles fit/slot into the Thule tracks. I did find the tent fabric does stretch more taunt at the front due to going over the toll but I was able to sleep comfortably inside (I’m 6’2”) . The tent sets up pretty easily. I set the first two (cross) poles with the tent on the ground. I pop them into the pockets and lift the semi erect tent onto the bed. Please watch the straps with the hooks so the don’t catch on the sides or tailgate as you lift. Once up , bug before strapped, I insert the remaining long and short poles. Now the problem: the poles are quite cheap and have a thin elastic string to keep them together. I found that in the evening that the string on the long pole were found snapped. Evidently, after I left them in my truck (in their package) during the day (on the floor) the heat (outside was 103 degrees - likely hotter inside the truck ) heated up the metal pole attachments and melted the thin strings that were in tension over their edge ) even though they were used once for a test set up in cool weather and carefully put back in their pouch. The second day I left the pouch in my cooler. Although broken I managed to use it as it was in compression, but was a pain.In short, good design , a bit thin fabric (but ok for price), decent straps, very poor poles with crappy thin elastic string. But does work with my set up.

Looks ok so far
I have a 2018 Ram 1500 with the 5’7” ram box bed. Bought this for quick trips when we want to camp for one or two nights but don’t want to mess with the camper.I set it up today and, despite being an experienced tent camper, I struggled just a little bit my first time becasue the pole almost seemed like they were too long. After some adjusting I got it to work pretty well. It wasn’t a perfect fit, but I think it’s good for a ‘universal’ fit.The biggest thing I would consider is your bed cover, if you have one. You can see in my photos that I have a roll up aluminum cover. This caused two small issues. First, the roll is just barely covered by the tent flap. I could see water pooling here if it isn’t tight. Not a problem with the product, but something to consider before you buy. The second was that the locking mechanism on my cover has latches that stick out. I solved this issue by cutting some tennis balls to protect the tent from being cut by the brackets, but it still stretches the tent tight in these areas. Again, just something to consider on your own truck before you buy. Covers, tie downs, etc.The fit was not bad. Because of the ram box, I think it fit a little different than intended, but it still fit and I was able to put in an air mattress. It’s very roomy and I like the multiple storage pockets.I think I read some reviews about weak fabric and bent poles. I didn’t have those issues and I don’t see any difference in this tent than any other normal tent I’ve had.I have two concerns but I’ll have to use it and see how it works out. First, the bottom of the tent is just regular nylon like the walls. On a regular tent the floor is usually a tarp like material. I would have liked to see this just because if you have dirt, wood chips, rocks, etc in the bed of your truck, I could see holes getting worn or poked in the material. And my second concern was the zippers on the screens. The two side screens both had the zippers separated right out of the box. They corrected themselves when I zipped and then unzipped the screens. I’m just nervous that they may split with repeated use. We’ll see. After the initial setup I think it looks ok. We’re going on our first actual camping trip in two weeks and I’ll post an update.

Satisfied. More good than bad
I took it on a 7 day/5k mile trip to Utah and back. Fits my 2017 Tacoma double cab short bed perfectly. Tent quality is good for the price. Zippers are nice. The instructions indicated I was supposed to get 2 poles of same length and 1 slightly smaller (plus a short 3 section). All three of the main poles were the same size but it worked. The end caps came off very easy which led to some tears in the tent pole sleeves. I am going to glue them back on. One pole broke (elastic broke). I can repair it but I am super gluing the end caps back on.First time setup was rough. Once I figured it out it got to where I could setup/take down in about 10 minutes.Overall great buy and highly recommend.

what to do about the stitching?
The product was nice, and fit like a glove, it was very roomy and very cozy. However, we went camping by the ocean, did get some rain from the hurricane not heavy rain, then some heavy misting. The tent had puddles of water near the (L) corner, had two teeny holes near the door. at the top of the dome, the stitching was pulling apart, and could see daylight. I did not care for the entrance to the tent. had to zip the door bottom and top to enter or exit. The teeny holes I can take care of with the patches, and the stitching is another story.

6.6’ Truck Beds Beware
Update: Like a few others have mentioned through reviews before, the customer service of this seller is phenomenal. They really wanted to get to the root of the issue to make sure they’re advertising a correct product for the buyer and prevent issues in the future. Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars due to the great customer service they displayed. The idea of this product is great, execution, not so much. I purchased as a Christmas gift to myself. Finally got the chance to use it as the mountain snow melted enough to get to the campground. I was not impressed with this tent. According to the chart on the products page, the 6.5’ tent is good for a GMC with a 6.6’ bed. This is simply untrue. You either leave space in the back for water and critters to get between the bed and tent, or run the risk of completely snapping the front tent pole because it can’t set up outside the bed by the tailgate. While trying to get it to work, one of the tie down straps ripped right off the tent as well due to poor sewing. Not impressed with this product.

Good fit!
Fits perfectly to my 2019 Sierra 6.5 bed. Although, i have to remove the tonneau cover to sit properly. Even with that still pretty easy to set up and good value for your money

Fit our Ford F150
This was the second truck bed tent we purchased. The first one was on a whim off Facebook marketplace not realizing that it was specifically for a Chevy avalanche truck, which was not going to fit our FordF150.This fit our truck perfectly. We do have a hard flip cover which was tricky, but we made it work, we did use a trap to act as a gutter between the tent and the cover in case of rain. Which we did have a bit of a shower one day.It was super easy to set up and we are happy with this purchase!

Tente depanage
Overall satisfaite.

Nice and compact.
It was easy to use, perhaps the anchor metal straps should be plastic for protection against scratching the truck!
