Hello,These work great as port/wire savers, due to the fact that in a laptop more than a desktop the ports are hard to fix and can be costly if u do it yourself or take to a shop. The device also makes it easier to get at whatever u plug in & easier to organize as well as not have to worry about oversized usb items that can be accessed as well as plugged into if u use the male version of these to extend some items out further than others. easy weasy, a fan of Amazon 😁

Needed a Female to Female USB 2.0 adaptor to hook my Tablet to a keyboard. In stores, if you can find them, they run 10 times as much. For less than $1, this was a bargain. Shipped in about 1 -2 weeks.

The Coupler Adapter works great, the body is plastic constructed and the headers seem to be metal. The coupler works right out of the box and does not tend to heat up. The only reason why this is 4 Stars is because 1) The USB Logo is the wrong way [upside-down] and 2) because the connectors don't feel too smooth while plugging in. Overall this product is great and would recommend.

I got this adapter to use with my rooted Nook HD+ to move files to and from USB drives. It works perfectly for this purpose and I bought another one so I would have a spare for other tablets, etc. This was a great add-on to an order I was making that wasn't quite up to the amount for free shipping. I am going to keep it in mind when I need to add to future orders as having extras will come in handy.

If you need to connect two male ended USB fittings, this little coupler / adapter will fit the bill. It is a one-piece unit, no moving parts; just connect each male USB fitting to each end and the connection is made. I use it to connect a GPS receiver to an iPAD mini USB cable. It works great, and costs less than $2.00

Only wish the fit was snugger; one has to mind it since it gets loose from coupling
