Edited to say: I started taking these at night instead of the morning as directed by my naturopath (who said it looked like a great supplement when he checked out the bottle). I started taking these after I had completely tapered off (with my doctor’s knowledge) 200mg Topamax, and 450mg Wellbutrin. These two meds just by themselves cause horrible memory and slow word recall. I just finished a bottle and I can’t believe how after about two weeks, I was noticing in my own speech that I was able to give faster responses to people, my affect and mood had gone up more than it had ever been on Wellbutrin, and my word recall was on the rise. After the month of taking it, I talked to an ARNP friend who said about an hour into our conversation that she couldn’t believe the difference in now and months ago when we would have conversations. She said my speech had completely changed and said I was easily over medicated before. I will be buying these as long as they’re available. For reference, I am a female, about 230lbs, 5’4”, and take two a day in the evening.

I am a very sensitive person which might be a reason to be easier to get stress and depression. I tried so many ways including acupuncture and Chinese herb medicine, my physical and mental symptom were in the low point of my life (I can't even drive since my brain was so mess up so that I was not sure I could recognize traffic light meaning sometimes. Also I lost my memory occasionally) even my physical report is near perfect. Due to my sensitive body, I could fell the efficiency of supplements either good or bad in short period of time from different supplements. But I would like to explore "Stress Decompress" whose review is even better than "supports stress and fatigue reduction". I felt huge different in 30 minutes after my first capsule (only one capsule, not two as its suggestion). It brings me energy and calm mood instantly and naturally. Unlike some other products coming with side effect and unnatural feeling (like repress my depression & emotion) as my other trying. Usually I don't give 5 stars to most of the product I tried. And I couldn't help to give it the best and outstanding review from my personal experience.

I have horrid anxiety. Bad. I was on Xanax for 10 years before moving to Nevada and using medical marijuana. We have since moved back to a non legal state, which is ridiculous in itself, and I have been struggling with my anxiety. I do not want to go on a “daily” or “personality changing” medication, and doctors here are so quick to deny anti anxiety medications, so I have had to research more natural ways to combat this hell I live in. I have cracked not one but two teeth from the clinching that I do when my anxiety spikes. I finally ordered this and from the first day I felt the calming effects. The first day I took 2 and it knocked me on my butt, although I was able to get some projects done around the house, but I was very sleepy. I now take 1 capsule in the morning and my day is so much better. My muscles have relaxed, my body anxiety has lessened and I can concentrate on work and get it done easily, without the sleepy feeling. Paul Stamets is a genius! Thankful for this fellow nerd. This really does work. Relieve stress and anxiety. I like that it helps me cut down on having to take a prescription med for stress. I usually only use it in the evenings or for sleep because with me, it makes me a bit drowsy. But my neighbor takes it night and day without drowsiness. She’s the one who discovered this supplement. She found it at a natural grocer here in town. She liked it so much she brought me a bottle. Nice to see it’s here on amazon. I wish it was available on auto-ship for a lower price. This is my 3rd bottle. It’s pricey so I wouldn’t be buying it if it didn’t work! Other supplements from this brand are great also. I just ordered the one they have for liver support. I’m excited to try it:)
