Our vendor rep, Robert, was wonderful to work with. Took the time to call me on a Sunday morning after I placed the order to make sure this range would fit my needs. Communicated every step of the way, and made sure I was 100% pleased. A+ delivery and setup as well!The range itself is beautiful, and fits our space perfectly. We replaced a defective unit that was similar but horrible quality. This one has been a major improvement since the day we got it!

First, let me say, I was so excited about this oven because I was without an oven for like a month and this is very esthetically pleasing.It's not powerful at all. I replaced a 10 year old electrolux icon cooktop with this after I accidentally cracked the glass on the Electrolux. I wanted a wide range, because that is what I was used to, and this is not what I expected. The power burner, which I used most often because of its size, is not powerful. The cooktop takes much longer to heat than any range Ive owned or I've used. I cook a lot, so this factor was quite disappointing.The stainless steel is very thin and scratches quite easily. I haven't figured out a solution for this. I have more scratches on the stainless of this range in the 6ish months, than I had on my 10 year old electrolux.If it was a $1500 range, I would have expectations of that but it was 3k. I do regret my purchase unfortunately. It's not very simple returning a range because you "thought it was more powerful" or because it cheaply made.The best part of the purchase was the seller, which was easy to deal with. He told me about a rebate the manufacturer had on cookware for the stove which is extremely well made and I didn't pay a dime for it. Unfortunately I feel the brand makes better cookware than they do ranges, at least at this price point.

Executive Appliance is top notch. Amazing customer service. Spoke to Robert whom answered promptly and was able to take care of my issue immediately. I have nothing but praise for this company. I purchased the Verona range and it arrived in perfect condition. Works fantastic and looks amazing.

We loved this stove when we got it. It’s a nice looking stove and easy to clean but it has become obvious over time that the temperature is not accurate, so it doesn’t bake things properly. We were consistently having things not be done at the right time so we tested the temperature and it is 50 degrees off!

The range is beautiful and cooks everything so much faster that I really need to keep my eye on the oven and cooktop. We'd lost the use of our former stove top and wall oven just before Christmas and began to search for something that could handle both - We love it and it really is quite impressive to friends and family.

Shipping and delivery were excellent. Even received a call from the seller letting us know it was on the way and to let them know if we had questions. Personal service is always appreciated. The stove itself however takes some getting used to. It doesn't heat as quickly as my prior electric cook top but seems to hold the heat longer after turning off the burner. Also the oven temperature is anyones guess as it doesn't display the current temperature. The temp on the dial has odd intervals and 450 degrees isn't one of them. It's a bit of a guessing game. That said the oven has great even heat and so far at least I haven't burned anything yet.

We absolutely love our range and its functionality. Its heavy, well made and gorgeous in the right setting. Highly recommend this product!
