This product is great. It sticks fast and holds strong. Zipper is smooth.Application is a bit difficult because the backing comes off as one piece so you have to stick it to both pieces you want to zip together at the same time. If you try to do one side then the other it will fold over and stick to itself.Alternatively you could unzip it and cut the backing down the middle then zip it back up (so it goes on even), then peel and apply one side at a time.Anyways once you get the application down it's great. But it allows a ton of light to leak through on the sticky part and the zipper itself. You're probably going to want to cut one side longer and allow it to overlap the zipper to prevent light leaks.

Quality compared to other brands is unmatched, I’ve tried the other brand and was disappointed, buy these instead!

This is a great concept and is what I needed it for but unfortunately it’s horrible once I got it put on the zipper broke immediately as I zipped open my portable green house door so now I’m stuck with a broken zipper and cannot zip or unzip my greenhouse door now

I was looking for a way to access my frog pond during the winter months to make sure the pump was working correctly and I came across this zipper that advertised good adherence to polyethylene. As I use 8 mil clear poly to cover the pond, this seemed like a good match. The adhesive seems to be very good - it adhered to the poly very well. The zipper seems to be of good quality. I'll see how well it holds up over the winter.

After I placed this zipper on my tarp. I allowed it to stick at room temperature in my home for a week. Then I took it outside to use in 70 degree weather. It didn’t last a day. I guess the sunlight made the adhesive not stick. This was a good idea for this product but it didn’t work as I had wanted to. This zipper works indoor product away from sunlight. This my reason for two stars. Otherwise I would’ve given an excellent review and bought another one. Love the idea, but sorely it didn’t work for me.

We needed these for 2 walls of plastic. Water problems in our basement caused us to have to jack hammer out concrete floor in basement. These were used to help keep concrete dust under control throughout our house. They helped rather well.

I am on my 2nd zipper set up. The 1st one lasted 48 to 49 hrs before it broke. I’ll be the first to admit, I am super hard on these zippers and are used often. They are the cheapest priced on Amazon but might not be the heavy duty zipper set up if that’s what you are on the hunt for.

It does work the way it's intended but I wanted to use it to seal a doorway and the zipper doesn't open all the way and separate into 2 halves so it rendered useless to me.

I applied this to my panda and it sticks good but the zipper let's all kinds of light through. I had kept my old piece of panda plastic with my old zipper and doubled my wall but this was not what I wanted to do. I want a superior product from the awesome AC infinity I know. They have the best fans and controllers but this was a flop.
