Can you turn the toilet holder to be right or left sided?

yes it can be mounted left or right, but the hook needs to be up or the roll will slide off. so left side the hook is away from you. Right side the open hook side is towards you on the toile.

Is the toilet paper holder far enough from the wall and wide enough to fit large Kirkland toilet paper rolls from Costco?

Hello, the rod sticks out from the wall is 2.7 inch and the length of the paper holder in the middle is 4.8 inch. Pls confirm the size of your toilet papaer rolls. Thank you

is it chrome or polished stainless steel? I need shiny chrome.

It's polished stainless steel, but it is very bright,as bright as a mirror.

Are these suction mounted, or do you have to drill into the wall?

You have to drill into the wall
