Nature Banana Fruit Powder,Freeze Dried Banana Powder, 4 Ounces, Banana Powder for Cake, Drinks and Baking Food

I made a basic banana cake and buttercream frosting with some of this added for banana flavor. It was delicious and even though I don't really eat the cakes I make I ate several. Shh. I don't know what the other people mean about the flavor unless they put it in some other food that didn't sweeten it enough. My neighbors get some of my cakes each week and this was the husband's very favorite of all. Even my daughter that doesn't like sweets ate it. It tasted exactly like fresh bananas to me. I have a very sensitive taste and sense of smell and I can pick out anything unnatural. I came back here to buy it again today but it's not available. Hopefully it will come back.

Bought this to add to oatmeal and it's great. Love the flavor

I'm a smoothie junkie and usually don't like fresh bananas. Thought this would be a good substitute for the fresh fruit and still give me the banana flavor that I love. WRONG!! I can't even describe how awful this tastes. Only thing I can say is...if you like the taste of completely green bananas then maybe this might work for you. I made two smoothies, one for hubby, one for me and they got poured down the sink. It's real fresh bananas for me from now on.

Enjoyed it in my smoothie

I was not expecting the odor to be so bad when opening the pouch. This is finely powdered banana, but doesn’t taste like banana. It tastes like the smell of the packaging or processing of this powder. I love banana and could absolutely not consume this. Note: I did not try it in a smoothie, so I don’t know if the smell dissipates. So for me, this was a waste of money and very disappointing.

I can't bring myself to even try it it smells spoiled . Rite away when I opened it it has a strong moldy odor . Unfortunately I missed my return window so I'm stuck with it. . Won't buy it again it turned out to be a waits of my money
