I put this in my coffee in the mornings. Perfect. At first i didn't like the flavorlessness of it, but I also hate drinking 15 things before and after my workout. Mixes in quite easily, very rarely leaves residue (unless you're in loading phase and use 10g per 12 oz cup of coffee like i did, just poured more coffee over it and was good to go.
