Will this product grow the lashes if it is worn with eyeliner? Or does it have to have contact with the base of lashes to work?

I wear mine with eyeliner and my lashes are growing long. This is the longest they have been in a long time, and remember this did not happen overnight I used this product everyday for over three months. Considering the price and how well it has worked for me I will continue to use. If you have any other questions just ask, for me this is a 5 star product!!!
