I really love this cover. First the fit is good. It's not a tight fit with a little slack, which is easier to put on and remove. It's lightweight and the inner lining is very soft. I like the access opening to enable you to open the door and get inside the vehicle without having to remove the entire cover. I can't attest to the waterproofing, I use it to cover my car in the garage. You can spend a lot of money for a fancy cover, or you have use this one that will do a good job.

Bought for a 1997 Trans Am convertible. Thats a 4th gen F-body in the LT1 engine era (1993-1997). The other half of the 4th gen F-bodies had different body panels, mirrors, etc... and the LS1 engine (1998-2002).This was marketed as a 1993-2002 F-body cover. The mirrors on an early 4th gen Trans Am will BARELY fit in the pockets, and get pulled TIGHT. Fortunately the cover is cut so loose (poorly fit) that the mirrors ARE able to fit (a much better cut Wolf car cover I had before fit the body much better, but the mirrors wouldn't fit).The front and rear are elastic trimmed to hug a bit, and there are tie-down straps for each wheel, and a pass-under strap to go under the mid-point... but the poor cut of the body means the sides are loose and baggy. You might have to use some duck tape to snug it up poperly once mounted... if you have a LT1 Pontiac.

The car sits in a garage with the cover on it, so I can’t vouch for water proofing and if it stays on with high wind. It does a good job covering the car and the mirror cutouts are placed perfectly. Nice thick fabric for protection as well.

Thought it was going to be great when I got it because of the felt on the inside, but after 3 months it is completely faded and brittle. A new rip every time I touch it.

It fits well, and I like the side zippers for the doors makes it a lot easier to get in without having to commit to taking half of it off.

The cover looks decent and seems of okay quality. The reason for only two stars is that the inside liner easily sheds, so there is white fuss (looks like cotton) stuck to various spots on the truck after I remove the cover. The fuss is not easy to remove. I would have returned the cover, but waited too long to start the return process.

Kept flying off the front of the hood while latched underneath the car as well. Cotton was in my tire wells and on the suede parts of my window frames. Left some discoloration on my paint
