Wirks every time!

I purchased these couplers after purchasing over 50 of AMPCOM's cheaper model (still CAT6A and shielded but with tin casing) and having lots of connection (link speed drops or no connection) and fitting (loose fit or broken plastic tabs) issues. These couplers are definitely way more robust and seem to fit better but I only just received them so it might be a bit too early to know for sure. The one down side was that of the 10 units I ordered (2 kits), there were at least 8 with loose screws or the screw completely out of it socket. The screw holds the main two parts together. It was easy to put the screw back in where it came completely out and tighten the ones that were only loose.The connection feels very solid so while these cost twice as much as their cheaper version, they seem to do a much better job. The only thing I dread is the cost to replace all of the 50+ cheaper AMPCOM couplers I have to replace due to all the random issues.

These are okay. They are pretty heavy and feel as though they have decent build quality. However, the fit on all the RJ45 connectors I've tried was pretty tight. Not the biggest fan, but they get the job done.
