I bought an older version of this dog bed cover a few years ago and am pleased at how well it has held up. So, of course, I went straight to this product when I needed another one recently. Same tough quality denim, same generous sizing, same heavy-duty zipper, but now improved! Although the zipper is still on the short end of the cover only, it now curves around and includes the first several inches of the long sides. This makes both removal of the cover for washing and putting it back on afterward much easier! Count me a satisfied customer!

These "covers" are the answer to ALL your doggie spit, slime, chew, tear, and deteriorate problems. Simply put your doggie "damaged" beds inside without even attempting some sort of repair, and you won't have to buy doggie beds again. THESE ARE THE ANSWER! They are rustic-looking and JUST perfect. I immediately bought an extra one for each of my three dogs so I could have one cover on the floor and the other one in the washer at the same time. And they are roomy enough to accommodate TWO damaged beds in them! Heaven, I'm in Heaven!!!!

I've bought 2, the 55x47x4, green and brown replacement cover only. They've held up to 3 Great Danes with no issues. Wash easy, dry easy, no rips, all seams are sturdy. One got used to rescue an expensive bed with a flimsy cover, and the other is just filled with a secondhand comforter that wouldn't stand up to Dane stretches and sleep marathons on it's own. These are WELL worth the money. I will definitely get one more when their other bed wears out.

The firat one, the denim one, my dogs destroyed in 3 days. But the company asked if I would like to do a trade & try their new "ballistics" material, they shipped it out right away & I LOVE it! It is holding up great. I am an animal rescuer & thus is honestly the first one to last & do so well with my 9 dogs & 2 cats. They were very professional and super accommodating. I am very grateful and will definitely be ordering from them again & passing the name around to my very large rescue community. 4 PAWS UP!

Machine washable with minimal shrinkage (HUGE plus). I used an old memory foam piece for the cushion, which worked nicely. The zipper goes not only along the long end but halfway down each side, making it easier to get the cushion back in. I was worried my dog would find the zipper pull and fixate on it, so I was glad it was easy to tuck inside and still pull the zipper shut. Normal play has resulted in a couple of small rips, but they have not affected the ability to use it and are very simple to mend. Fits very nicely into the bottom of the plastic pet crate with swinging metal door. Glad I purchased this!

Excellent cover for my two dogs beds. ( This is the second I purchased these. I bought two the last time for my jumbo dogs beds . It’s good to have extras on hand when washing others.) I spend so much money constantly replacing dog beds; so this helps $ wise. The material is very sturdy. I learned from experience not to count on only a cover to protect the dog beds. That’s why I use old comforters to place on top of these. Not only does this keep the covers clean; it is also helpful because all I have to do is take off the comforter and put it in the washer when needed. The less work I have, the better; and we all know that having dogs is a full time job.

She's destroyed all other beds. Some took longer than others. I've only had this two weeks so far, but she hasn't tried to do too much with it yet. It took a couple of "NO!" when she starts treating it like a toy but I'm optimistic it'll last at least 2 more weeks (I can't be more optimistic than that lol).I took their advice and just stuck some of my old pillows from my bed into it (I've needed new ones for years, anyway) so not only do I have the denim cover, I have the cloth covers inside it. It should take longer to destroy. I plan on trying to use clothing patches if possible, when the time comes.
