Great product after having my wisdom tooth removed. Helped with the swelling and great that there were 4 ice packs as could use them on rotation as they were re-freezing. Packs away small and doesn't take up much freezer space.

There are other similar products to this one. Those reviews could be used for this one too. There is a strong smell upon opening the box. Which is why we ordered this many weeks before the operation date. It was hung outside to air out and after a couple of weeks there, I put it in a mesh bag and washed it. The cool packs were just airing out on a table and I washed them with some water to try and rid the smell. There is still a faint chemical smell but right now that is second as they are now in use. They have been in the freezer as of 5 days and in use for 4 now. After only 4 days, one of the cold packs is leaking. Other reviews to similar product complained of this too and I just though those were lemons or that they possibly used them incorrectly by trying to fold them when frozen or something. The longest stretch they are in our freeze currently is overnight. So they are still fairly malleable. In using them for 20 minutes on, then putting that set in the freezer (for 40 minutes before that set is in use again), taking a 20 minute break..then putting the other set on for 20 and so on. Another negative that others stated was that it takes them way longer to get that cold again. So really, they need to sell either minimum of 6 cool packs or sell a set of 4 separately. I was really hoping to love this but was disappointed in the short term use of the cool packs. I did take a photo of how the gel is coming thru between the side seal. So there is no tear or damage from our use, it is the pressed seal that is open.

I’m currently wearing this as I got my wisdom teeth out today. It’s been a lifesaver. Comfortable to wear and gel packs freeze quickly. Love the fact you can use it hot or cold too

Bought this as I have an issue that involves my chin area and hard to hold a heated pack here for long. I have a small head so this is a little big for me. However, overall I can still use it with a bit of adjustment. Love the heated or cold nature of the inserts and easy to heat or cool these. If I had a bigger head it may fit perfectly!

Used this for when I got my wisdom teeth extracted, very comfortable and worked extremely well!
