Easy to use simple application does the job
Normally get my eyebrows waxed professionally but for the past 6 months I haven't had the time so thought I'd give it a shot myself...Dubious when I saw some of the reviews but simple and easy to use, hassle free definalty recommend.It is a bit tricky to start with but doesn't take long to get the knack.

Not as advertised
Very poor quality, the "wax" is actually some sort of gel that doesn't even cover the hair properly and not a single hair sticks to the paper.

OK, needs more grip.
It did work for finer hair like my moustache hair but only takes 3-4 thick hair around my eyebrows, sometimes just 1-2.So I think this would be great for someone with finer hair.The pen style is definitely easier to work with but, it would be perfect if the hole where ther wax comes out of was closer to the tip and it took off thicker hair.Overall, its OK.Also wish they put more of the wax strips coz it's the perfect size, just not enough.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME
Tried this product and it don't work at all. Followed the instructions and no hair came off just made my eyebrow sticky 👎

Awful, horrible
Absolutely horrendous. Awful, wax is way to thick, it doesn’t go on easily, makes a mess, not sticky enough, gone in the bin. Never again, I’d rather pay to get my brows done properly.

Rubbish. Do not buy!!!
Congealed and unable to use after one use. Thrown in bin as customer service wouldn’t refund without returning the box of congealed wax using a courier!!!!For being a long loyal customer I’m not happy with their bad customer support.

Good experience, but the tracking updates could be better.
1. Remove the wax pen from the packaging. 2. Twist the bottom of the pen to dispense the wax. 3. Apply the wax to the desired area (eyebrows, upper lip, chin). 4. Use the reusable cotton strip to press and hold the wax against the skin for a few seconds. 5. Quickly pull the strip off in the opposite direction of hair growth. 6. Repeat as necessary. 7. Clean any remaining wax with water. 8. Use the pre-wax cleansing soap for best results.
Safety Warning
Before each use, follow the directions to test the wax and oil wipe on a small area of skin you wish to treat. If after 24 hours, there is no adverse reaction, proceed with full application. May not suitable for the elderly or diabetics. Do NOT use if you are on any medication which can affect the skin or if undergoing any of the following dermatological treatments: topical retin A, skin peel, dermabrasion or laser resurfacing. Do NOT use on sunburnt, dry, flaky, broken or irritated skin or over warts, pimples, moles, varicose veins or wounds or if you have previously experienced adverse reactions to waxes. Allow 24 hours before using antiperspirant, perfume or astringent lotion on the treated area. It is normal for skin to appear red after waxing. If discomfort or a burning sensation is experienced, apply a cold compress to the area. If sensation persists, seek medical advice. DO NOT use directly after a shower. Wait at least 15 minutes, when skin is dry and moisture-free. DO NOT store wand in the bathroom. Store in a dry, moisture-free environment and away from direct sunlight. Ensure water does not come into contact with the gel as this will cause the gel to become ineffective. PRECAUTIONS FOR NAD'S CLEANSING WIPES & MOISTURE+ SOOTHING BALM Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse with water. If irritation persists seek medical advice. For external use only.
