Very informative, good recipes

The recipes are tasteful and easy to make. At the back of the book there is a section listing sodium content of common foods which I found very helpful. It has been difficult finding bread with a small amount of sodium and this book has several good bread recipes with less sodium content in them. I had to drastically change my diet last month and was afraid to eat due to all the products that contain high amounts of sodium. With this book and further research, I have found many sodium free products and am happy to be cooking and eating again. I highly recommend this book for those who are on a restricted sodium diet.

The book those not have any pictures. I like to see pictures of what I'm cooking.

This is a great book for those who have CHF or are cooking for someone that does. I'm very pleased

Different recipes you can make with out using salt.

It was great because it let me know where I could go and order no salt or low sodium items online because you can’t find a lot of those items in the grocery store
