Great toy that feels quality
This toy is great for a toddler. I love that it is simple and easy to use, without having to worry about a remote or anything electronic to make it roll. Our toddler (who loves trains) was ecstatic to receive this gift. He loves simply pushing the top down to make it go, or pushing it himself. The material is quality and sturdy, made of a hard, durable plastic. It feels like it will hold up well and can withstand some hard play. I appreciate that there aren’t really any aspects to it that could easily break despite rough play. It has added a great component to this little guys train collection and fits right in on his variety of tracks. I like that there are more parts in this collection that can be added over time.

Lasts forever
This toy was very sturdy and lasted forever. It was handed down to both grandsons and then passed on to another family. It worked great. I hope they haven't changed the construction.

Great toy. It’s smaller than I thought it was. Expensive. And the other train “Percy” was only $10.95, but “Thomas” was overpriced.

Was expecting train to be a little bigger.
This was a Birthday gift for the little boy I live with. He just turned 8. He's been into Thomas the Train for the last 2.5 years and has MANY Different versions of him. He even has the different color train tracks and the Diamond Version Thomas. Thank goodness No Batteries! Push and it goes a long way on a bare floor. Even pops a 'wheely"

Terrific Quality Toy That Doesn't Need Batteries
I bought this as a cake topper for a 3 year old's birthday cake and it was a big hit. Aside form being the perfect size for a 10 inch cake, it was a hit with the birthday boy. It is sturdy and durable and easy to use alone or with a friend or adult.
