This tumbler is beautiful & cheery. It is well made though it has no metal banding at the bottom so you need to be careful not to bang it hard enough to chip or crack the plastic. That makes it lighter than the tumbles with those bands though. The lid is nice & very useful. I like it a lot.11-9-19 I ordered a second mug & it came with a different, all black, lid that is too small & leaks down your chin. The actual mug is fine though. You should probably not drink through these lids anyway as they cannot be properly cleaned & mold or mildew can grow in the sliding tab area. Soaking in Clorox & water regularly may help that. I still love this cheery mug.

I have had very few disappointments with any item I have ever ordered from Amazon. But, I must say that I am extremely disappointed in this travel mug. As soon as you fill it with a hot beverage, the bottom buckles and is no longer flat on the bottom!!! I would definitely NOT recommend!!!

I love this travel mug because I adore butterflies! My only complaint is that the mouth hole is a little smaller than I am used to but it wont stop me from using this product :)
