Iyanu: Child of Wonder Volume 2 (Iyanu: Child of Wonder, 2)

While the art wasn't as "pop" or "flashy" as issue 1, I felt the story really carried the comic well.It reads like an adventure novel for adults but simple enough for youngsters to understand. In some ways the tropes copied from other works hamstring the story, but in others the tropes give it guiding lines.Fans of the Oloris and YouNeek line will enjoy this book. Other fans should as well, but it is heavier on the lore than the first one was.Lots of after-story art.The story pauses with mini-explanations help avoid too much exposition, which is an issue in lore-heavy books but they make it work in this one.

This was awesome!! I loved it! Roye Okupe never disappoints! If you liked Iyanu vol 1 then you will also like Iyanu vol 2. I can't wait for Iyanu vol 3!!

Being a huge fan of YouNeek Studios property with Roye Okupe storytelling and world building. This 2nd chapter of Iyanu: Child of Wonder Volume 2 is no different. Mr. Roye Okupe continue to pull you into his storytelling with great detail descriptions of the history cultures and mythology's. My only complain would be the illustration at some points in the story its to dark to see the beautiful illustrations. This is must read graphic novel from YouNeek Studios.

Iyanu: Child of Wonder has a wonderful storyline and history of African background. It really makes the fantasy tale enjoy, and I look forward to reading the 3rd volume. This graphic novel is highly recommended and songs the first volume!
