Everything that comes in this party pack is cute online, however, the balloons were a disappointment in person. The colors look bright online but they are dull in person and are bad quality. The balloons look like somehow the photo was added too tight to the latex of the balloon afterwards making it so that when the balloons are blown up and that picture starts to spread and become bigger, they POP!! There were only 18 balloons and I manage to save 8 which means 10 popped. I wouldn't use an electrical pump nor a helium pump on these because I learned through trail in error while doing so in efforts to decorate for my son's 5th birthday party that they are guaranteed to pop this way no matter how big or small you blow them up. The 8 I did blow up were the old fashion way by mouth and even those I learnt could only be blown about 4 times before they popped so, if you want this print on small balloons that you have to blow up the old fashion way, which is by mouth these are for you, if you want a decent size balloon that up that you can use a machine on, these are not for you.
