How long before it starts working? I'm on day 4 and can't tell any difference.

It has helped me with gut health and when I drink it first thing in the morning on a empty stomach seems to work as a appetite suppressant. Hopefully u get the results u are looking for.

Yes, our mugwort tea is gluten-free. Mugwort is an herb that is brewed to make tea and does not naturally contain gluten. In addition, we take great care in ensuring that our tea bags are free from any gluten contamination. Therefore, you can enjoy our mugwort tea with confidence, knowing that it does not contain any gluten.

@seller, is the tea bag compostable? It doesnt look like it since its a shiny mash. Kinda upsetting to be honest. There was no info provided.

I don't think the large bag is compostable. I gave the whole works away minus the one bag that I tried, and threw out because of the unpleasant taste.
