How durable are these? Do they break if thrown? (I work in a behavior classroom)

The base does not stay on mine if you pick it up, but I think it could handle being thrown. The top gray part is foam, so if you have any pickers that part will likely be ruined quickly.

How do I contact the manufacturer regarding my stool? I have 3 in my classroom and one is cracking where the seat attaches to the middle support.

Mine too. It's cracked so badly the seat won't stay on anymore.

Is this item height adjustable?

No it Is not adjustable. IKEA sells one that is adjustable.

Do you offer replacements/exchanges for chairs? My students are falling out of the chairs because they are not staying together.
