Our small 45 pound rough collie Harper Lee is stronger than she looks and pulls so hard on the leash when attached to her collar. She chokes herself and still it has no effect on her, she continues to pull. We always thought harnesses can encourage dogs to pull but decided to try it when she recently pulled completely away from me and could have been hit by a car. I searched for the best harnesses to stop pulling and this was one of the top results. I was surprised by the low price but thought we should give it a try. We've had it a couple months now and what a difference it makes. She no longer pulls our arm from the socket and is much easier to control. She is not bothered by it when doing her "business" on a leash. Its easy to get on and off, even with her long hair. I really recommend this harness if you have a strong-willed dog like we do or just want an easy to use harness to walk your dog. Very good quality! Feels very durable, thick straps, adjustable, padded front. We bought a size Large in the color BLACK for our white 45 pound collie. It also has reflective stitching so its safer and easier to see at night. Once you adjust the straps to fit your dog, then you need only to unbuckle the two straps that go behind their legs up to the harness and you can slip it over your dogs head. There is also a strap/handle that you can hold on to if you need to suddenly control your dog. I feel like this is an amazing value for the money and highly recommend!

I initially thought that the XS was too big for my six month old puppy. I became frustrated because I really didn't want to return another harness.The harness is really well made and its sizing guidelines state that it is the right size for her, so I decided to look for instruction videos on how to adjust the buckles. Voila! I got it to fit her properly and did some heal training with her. This may very well be the best harness that I have for her yet! It does not pull on her neck and I can keep her attentive to me! And she has room to grow, so I don't have to replace due not growth.I will continue to work with it but so far, I am VERY pleased!

When our adopted adult Doberman came to live with us he was not leash trained. Walks were painful, not for him but for me. I am petite but workout regularly and am quite strong. But you guessed it...he was much, much stronger than I was. I was constantly pulled no matter what redirections, what corrective action, or what treat I utilized. I even went to an enclosed, defunct tennis court to practice with no distractions, but the pulling persisted. The pulling progressed to the point that I could no longer walk him as an old back injury had flared up because of the pulling. Not only was my movement limited but also most movements were painful. I became so uncomfortable that I could no longer walk him and had to enlist the aid of my husband and son. Finally after days of research, I found a consumer information evaluation of a variety of dog harnesses; Rabbitgoo (I agree a strange name for sure) was the number one of all those evaluated. With promising reviews and a reasonable price, I decided to order one. When it arrived both my husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the materials and the construction. There is no choke component whatsoever. The harness is made of a nice weight, durable nylon that is padded for the dog's comfort. It slides easily over his head, and he does not mind wearing it at all. The harness attaches behind his front legs fastening with two heavy duty plastic fasteners onto to his back. There is a hand sized nylon loop on the back of the harness for extra control if needed and two metal rings where the leash attaches; one is on the back and the other on the front. The one in front is the one to be used for pulling prevention. In addition to reflective stitching, four straps provide for easy adjustments on the chest and neck which enable the harness to be customized to the dog as well as to grow with the dog. There are absolutely no worries about the dog slipping out of the harness. Having used the harness for 4 months there has been no noticeable wear and tear on any portion of it. The straps remain intact with no loose threads or fraying, the adjustments of the straps for size and fit do not relax or loosen, and no areas of irritation have appeared on my dog's skin or hair. Since using the harness walking has remarkably improved. I need to add that the harness did not work miracles, but it certainly helped tremendously. Since our dog was so big and I am quite petite we enlisted the aid of a trainer to ensure that I was in control, and with the aid of the harness I could manage him solely on my own. The two combined have completely solved the pulling problem. The dog knows I am the leader and the challenging behavior has disappeared. Walking is now a pleasure and a joy for both me and my dog. I am confident and secure with my dog in this harness whether we are out for a walk or at the vet's office. This harness is available in 5 sizes and 18 colors. The product is nicely made I'm just a little disappointed and my golden was 30 in around and the extra large cyst 21 to 38 but there's no way because that padding in the chest must take up extra space I have barely enough room to make that hook onto him and like I said he's only 30 in but so the size is run small even though it's an extra large it's nicely made but the fit is very snug and I don't think it's true to size

Did a lot of research for what would be a good harness for our dogs for hiking in warm and humid climates (we live in FL), we wanted it to be comfortable for our dog, durable, and ensure that it fit them well so they would not escape from it. This harness was the winner, and we are very, very happy with it. It is very easy to adjust for our dogs, reflective for at night, comfortable, and fits them well. We also like how it has both front and top hooks to attach a leash.
