Fun doll but only the one song
The media could not be loaded. I’ve never seen this Netflix show, but I thought my daughter would like this doll just the same. There are accessories that will make playing with it more fun, and she does introduce herself as Ridley Jones and sings a quick song. After pressing the button multiple times, I found that it always cycled through the same audio clip. The sound quality is good, but I am surprised how limited the singing/sayings were.

Great Doll for Fans of the Show
Our Little Girl is a fan of the cartoon, though admittedly it's not her #1 favorite (Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, Ben & Holly's Magic Kingdom reign supreme). But she does love the different toys from the series that we've ordered for her so far. She has a lot of fun playing make believe with this particular doll. She likes that the backpack is actually functional, and can store stuff. What's funny is that Ridley's hat won't stay on her head for the small (3.5") figurines from other collections, so she keeps the hat in the bigger Ridley's backpack.My Wife and I happen to support the series, because it's openly LGBTQ+ friendly. As far as Fred's character goes, and Ismat's parents (two dads). Which is the type of thing our Daughter is already exposed to in real life, courtesy of our personal friends. But I think it's great that a show aimed at her age group is able to be so progressive. Hopefully there will come a time when this type of programming is just looked at as "normal" and not "progressive," though. In any case, we also think it's good to order products from the show to support their message. As far as our Daughter goes, she just loves the doll itself, and the accessories. I'd say that's a win-win for everyone.
