Great pre workout, works well and tastes great.

When they say advanced they mean it. If you're used to regular gold standard or other pre workouts try 1 or 2 scoops first and DO NOT BE A HERO with the recommended 3 scoops. I genuinely feel like a 2/3 scoop of this is more intense than a double dose of some others I've used. Everyone who I've given some to try has told me that night was sleepless and the workout was intense and focused, and I agree. This let's you push harder than you thought, and the pump is crazy. I recommend if you are used to your regular scoop and feel like you're up to it. Stay hydrated. The taste however, it's safe to say that I won't be tempted to sip on this for the flavour. If the energy it puts into you had a taste, it's this. This tastes like a lightning strike and not in a good way, but the results are worth pushing through it and drinking it fast, if you're at this stage of buying advanced/expensive pre workouts you're probably more than used to bad tasting supplements anyway, but if flavour matters to you, this really is not the one for you.

I’m the type of guy to take multiple scoops, i don’t recommend taking more than one. I managed to increase my adrenaline way to much and my eyes went blood shot. I trained the normal way and this pre took a different affect. I was going hard on cardio and i finished. Came off and my eyes were burning like hell. It felt like i took crack cocaine. After i got home, i sat down 2 hours passed. A sudden (really sudden) wave of tiredness fatigue came on and i lost all sense of reality. I currently cannot feel or think anything. I am numbed because of the adrenaline making my thoughts zoom. So moral of it, it’s great when you take recommended amount, not great when you take more than one scoop

Sooo good. Got sour gummy and it's the best flavour I've ever had, sooo good, between normal haribo and the sour haribo - amazing (I've tasted loads of different ones in the past and I had it when they are overly sweet, or don't have tang. This is perfect). I use this about 20 mins before a workout, and then into the first 20 mins of workout. The effects are really noticeable but also not over the top, or it gives you good steady motivation but no jitters etc... Didn't crash afterwards at all either. Must be a great mix. Fyi I use about 1.5 to 2 scoope in approx 500ml water with ice - sooo good and it will last longer. So yes, highly recommended. Performance was fairly drastically increased (I play a lot of squash and this helped hugely - really pushed me. I was aching a lot the next day in a good way). Thumbs up from me.

6ft 16 stone 10-15% bodyfat. After 10 years (of near consistent as allows) 7 days a week gym use and using almost every pre workout you can name from cheap to very expensive this is definitely up there in my top 3 if not the best I have ever tried, but do try with caution as it is very powerful and read on for my usage. Today I did my first ever in 10 years 2 x 2 hours intense weight lifting in an 8 hour period with 15mins cardio in each (Supersets with minimal break) no sitting on phone etc, 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off, jumping from machine to machine, sweat dripping everywhere, sets until faure, heart rate 100-150 constantly, veins popping out, felt like the hulk, everyone looking at me like "what the **** is he taking" crawled out the gym to my car. usage: I use the full 3 scoops per 2 hour workout mixed into a FULL lucosade 900ml bottle filled with water. I do not like itching so I drink 1/4 soon as get the gym / on the way while on the way then top the water back up to full to dilute, then drink another 1/3 slowly while working out then fill to top to dilute again. By now its really kicking in but take it easy to avoid itching, keep drinking and diluting 50% per 10-15mins and you'll have no itching and be on fire for 2 hours solid and come out the gym like wow that was insane. Can't rate it enough, they have put alot of research into this product and it tells. Reminds me of product I used before about 9 years ago but ended up diluted over time to save cost, if this product stays the same forever I'll never change other than the flavour. Great product and the taste of the blue raspberry is lovely, product arrived well packaged and sealed, so far I would say it's a very effective product and I have had no side effects, definitely found my brand and will continue to purchase them as the boost to energy and quality ingredients, just make sure you read the description correctly as it had a high strength of caffeine

I’ve used ON before, and to say the least it’s been brilliant. Never reacted funny, as is often the case with some proteins. However, when I received this product I was instantly concerned. Not only did the packaging look much different to the stuff I’ve previously bought directly from ON, it also didn’t conform to their ‘authentic products’ section on their website, leaving me skeptical about whether this product is authentic. After opening it up, it was rather foul smelling and lacked a scoop. Whilst it dissolved well, and did cause a noticeable increase in energy, it tasted very acidic and has left me… I’ll spare the details. Bare in mind, I don’t have a history of a sensitive gut so i’d hate to know the affects on someone who does. Following that, once the initial buzz wore off, I began feeling very bloated and just not motivated at all. From an authentic stand point, i’d stay well clear. From a functional standpoint, it may sit well with you, even though it certainly didn’t for me. Disappointed to say the least, but that’s what you get buying something for much cheaper than it should be. If you’re willing to risk it, buy a small tub incase it doesn’t react well. If that’s the case, listen to your body and stop using it.

Finalmente ho trovato un preworkout senza creatina (spesso di origine vaga e senza marchio creapure), e i dosaggi sono ottimi come le ricerche scientifiche ci dimostrano, non come la maggior parte che avendo quantità tutte sballate ti fanno pagare solo la caffeina. Ottimo gusto (forse un po' dolce), ottimo pump e la caffeina fa il suo effetto, unica pecca: manca la taurina ma basta comprarla a parte e aggiungerla allo shaker, non nel preworkout altrimenti tutti i dosaggi si sballano
