Excellent coffee machine
The coffee machine is easy to use, and makes excellent coffee with cream. The water tank is a bit little but this is not a big problem. Happy with the purchase 😊

Awkward to fill with water. Not sturdy.
The water reservoir tank slides out from the side, which would be fine except the water feed is a stiff tube that pokes down into the tank stopping it from sliding in and out. You have to manipulate the tank and tube to get the tank out to refill it. I have taken to sliding the tank out part way and using a jug to fill it up.The build quality isn't great either. The top twists slightly as you lock the filter holder in place.An added niggle is that the drip tray doesn't slide out, you have to lift it which increases the chance of spillage.Makes a decent cup of coffee though, which is the main thing.It works and fulfils it's purpose but does so adequately.

Disappointed
Not happy with this machine! Tried using with the assistance of YouTube but the coffee was undrinkable, really bitter and not really as described. Sadly returned
