So I was looking for all the equipment you’d use to make cocktails when I found this kit, after breaking a glass when I decided to see if I could use two like a Boston shaker, I decide a real Boston shaker might work a little better. Believe it or the stainless steel ones do work better. I know I was shocked too.I’m pleased with the quality of all the steel ware, measurements in the jigger, sturdy shaker. I’ve used the tools some and I’m pleased with how everything works it, the Boston Shaker is a lot of fun to have.The thing I didn’t like was that at the bottom of the delivery box when I opened it was the stand and the end of it had slipped off like it hadn’t been glued. Not broken, just fallen apart. When I went to pull out the other pieces they came apart like the glue had no hold too, but I could see where the glue holding it together had been at some point. It had not made a good bind though, obviously, if it was falling apart in the box in its way to my house.If I wasn’t a woodworker I would return it like it was in the box, as is showed in the one photo. But I am so I glued it up with some high quality wood glued and have it clamped and drying as I write this, so I’ll save the small company the trouble of dealing with this return and save myself the time of waiting for another to be delivered. The only thing I’d say negative is that their glue either was not applied well, or the conditions the kit was stored in causes the glue to dry and decompose. Don’t know exactly what happened but hopefully my kit was an exception. Definitely would recommend though!Happy cocktail making to you all!Edit: The company personally contacted me and more than made good on replacing the kit, I now have some of their other products as well. In this edit I am changing my 3 star to a 5, very pleased with my products.

I have always wanted this set and didn't know how bad i needed it! First let's start with the "Boston shaker". So much better than the old school shakers with the cap. Where the cap always gets stuck and you can't get it off without running it under hot water. The "muddler" very nice and sturdy. Many recipes call for things to be muddled and i never had this item to do it properly. The jigger is a 1oz and 2 oz AND it has all the ounce makers in between on the inside of the jigger. Very very helpful in creating a balanced cocktail. I have also needed a proper strainer to string drinks after muddling. All very nice! Plus the dark wood bamboo holder is great! Everything has it's place and is displayed very nicely and elegantly so you can leave it on your counter or bar top. Now you don't have to just throw everything in a drawer and try to find it when you want to make a nice cocktail at home. I will for sure be gifting this to all mixologist friends! Now i have Christmas gifts and birthday gifts covered for the year. Excellent product! So happy to have it, now i am making amazing well crafted cocktails at home!

Use this quite a bit. Both the tools and the stand are good quality and it was well priced.

Purchased as a gift for the bf, he loved it, it has all the parts he wanted and the stand is nice

Thus bartender set is beautifully designed and the material is great quality! When I use the set to make cocktails all pieces fit well together. I don't recall having a lid with this set, however, I did use the two shakers by placing the smaller on inside the large one and shaked my cocktails to perfection! A definite recommended purchase for everyone who has a bar .

Overall it's a good set. I didn't have an issue with the stand( like most of the people did) but i wouldn't care much even if I did have it... My biggest issue is the jigger which doesn't contain markings, and that would be fine if they didn't say on a few note that it does contain measurements. Personally, that's bigger issue than a broken stand.Asside from that, it's a decent set, but the jigger is going to lose a star in my review...

I was a bit skeptical when I thought about purchasing this set as quality individual pieces added up to be 2 to 3 times the price. But I went ahead and pulled the trigger and am happy I did. The set comes with everything you need to start a home bar. The shaker tins are nicely weighted. The jigger is easy to read. The muddler has a nice large handle that fits well in the palm, for me anyways. The barspoon has a nice twist, with a tear drop end on one side which is very nice and makes it easier to mix at speed. All of the metal items are nicely plated, nothing looks or feels cheap in any way. I haved used the shakers enough now and there has never been the feeling they would come apart when shaking. Overall I highly recommend this set, especially for a beginner or hobbyist.
