This product is too thick which prevents a seal when using a CPAP. Even when I tightened the CPAP straps to encourage a seal, the edges of the pad started to curl up and broke the seal. Other reviewers mentioned difficulties removing the pad from the wrapper and problems with the adhesive. I also found these comments to be accurate. Relatively speaking, very expensive for what you get. The directions only mention to keep it clean. No suggestions about what to do if there is a problem using it with a CPAP. I would strongly suggest to find another alternative.

This product promised to be really helpful in preventing the red marking and depression caused by a CPAP nasal mask. It has proved to be partly successful. There is no question that the cushioning effect is very satisfactory. However, rather than the 15 days suggested, the adhesive on my first gel pad is failing badly after just three nights. I have been cleaning it gently, as suggested, and the glue started peeling off from night one. Not recommended until this is sorted.

I bought this product as I wear a n95 for 9 hrs a day it works well under my mask and still allows a good seal it does say make sure your skin is dry so it sticks and I use a lot of moisturizer so that’s my fault other wise it’s great my nose hurts less than before but the price is high for only 5

Feel like it peels my skin off but it does stop some of the redness from my sleep mask. My nose still hurts but it does most of its job

Product sticks well but leaks air if you are using for cpap mask, which is advertised use, a good seal Can not be achieved and air blows into eyes. I had to remove it. Within 30 min
