So, I suffer from the 90’s over plucked eyebrow situation. But, I also have VERY dark brows. Often the darkest brown just doesn’t match my color and I have to go black. I’m also very paranoid about my brows looking too prominent versus blotchy. I’m that person that if it’s done wrong, it looks like I put them on with a sharpie.This being said, I was very hesitant try this. But I read the reviews and the reviews about customer service alone were good. So, I figured I’d give it a shot. I ordered color number 06 which is a brown black. The color of course wasn’t dark enough. And the stencils just didn’t seem to meet my eyebrow shape. They didn’t look bad, but my natural brows were still showing through and it was obvious I used a stamp.So, I took a chance and emailed the company. Their customer service was more than amazing! Not only did they get back to me right away, but they suggest two different colors that might be better. And, they offered to send them to me at no cost, with no requirement to return the original. They sent both colors that they suggested and they arrived within a couple days. I’ve NEVER seen customer service as fantastic! This is THE reason I gave this a 5 star review.Overall, I think my brows are too dark and I’m not really a fan of the way these look on me. BUT, with the right color I can use the small brush and rather than stamp it on, brush the color on to get just the look I want.If you’re looking at trying something like this, this is the company to try it with!!! You can’t go wrong with their customer service!

I was excited to try this product because I’ve probably wasted somewhere around 1/2 of my entire life attempting to define and darken my blonde brows… and I’m so over it!I think this product has potential, yet this product misses the mark for two reasons:1. The eyebrow stencils provided are of an eyebrow which I consider long and thick, with one exception, the “Elegant” stencil. However, it is still a very long eyebrow and offers no defined arch and therefore does not work for me. Some are thicker than others but overall, this will not work for anyone except those whose face shape/size support a thick and long eyebrow. It would be great if there was a mix of different thickness and lengths. Better yet, sets of stencils to accommodate larger faces/eyes, and those of us with smaller faces/eyes. This one sz fits all set will not work for everyone. Now, it is possible to stamp on the brow and use a napkin to wipe away the eyebrow minimize the thickness and length but that is going to take additional time and effort and then you gotta get the second one to match…which ain’t nobody tryna do that! I bought the stencil kit to end that impossible mission. Which brings me to….2. The powder is not long lasting and easily wiped off. I don’t know what the reviewers who claim theirs are lasting all day are using… but it certainly is not the same powder I received. There is zero staying power. It’s a powder however so I don’t know why anyone, myself included, would expect this product to be “long lasting”. After using a napkin to minimize my stenciled brows a few times… I have given up on the product because within a short period of time, the brow jus smudges away and now ya jus look like a dirt ball lbsI’m going to try a different brand because again… this idea is brilliant!

The tattoos & the stamper work really well. My issue is the color. There’s no ash blond color. The light brown is way too dark, the blonde is too orange. If you’re a blonde, none of these colors work.

This works great! Just know that you won't receive a stencil for each eyebrow, but you'll have to clean the stencil and flip it for the other eyebrow. It's possible with the plastic stencils, but not so much with the rubber ones that they include.

I appreciate them helping but the review isn't about the seller helping, it's about the product and letting those know how the product is so no one is fooled!I got the black-brown color. Most black-browns are really dark brown. This is not a black-brown! This was like a brown-gray or something. It's very disappointing because do sellers not test the products themselves? It is so freaking easy to test especially when you can even use a black piece of hair, put it on paper, and swatch a line of the product over it. It does not match dark hair, it can not even blend with dark hair.Please sample your products before calling it a color it is not. Even if you help with a refund in the end, the customer still wasted time ordering, waiting, receiving, being disappointed and having to search another product when they could have done that from the beginning.With all the reviews of wrong color matching, you'd think they'd pause on selling and test their products and update the colors....nope.

10/01/2024 EDIT:They did me right! After I posted my review I was contacted and offered a refund or replacement. I went with the refund and my money was returned. It's easy to use, stays in place, doesn't smudge. I have recommended this to many friends. I only have a few eye brows left from chemo, but I might continue to use this even after chemo. Great product, great price! 10/10

This product is amazing, as well as the company and the service that they provide. The top is a photo of my eyebrows using their product. This took all of 1 minute. The bottom photo is my normal thin eyebrows.The first colour that I purchased was too dark and I reached out to the company and they sent me a lighter shade for free and I didn’t even have to send back my initial purchase. Don’t be scared to try this out, you will not be disappointed!

Sieht sehr gut aus, besonders wenn man noch ein paar Härchen mit einem dünnen Stift dazu zeichnet. Hält einen ganzen Tag und sieht auch noch abends gepflegt aus.

Ottimo prodotto e lo consiglio.. ci vuole un pochino di pratica però per mettere le sopracciglia ad uguale altezza.
