My husband and I purchased this waterfall for our fireplace mantle and we absolutely love it! Sitting here at night when the lights are low, it gives a beautiful and peaceful vibe to the room. The water flow is just right as is the light. We highly recommend.

Purchased this for my office. Well made and good quality for the price. Sounds relaxing listening to the water flow.

I bought this bc of the gray and red color and the way the water trickled down each level I felt there would be little to no splashing. I was right. There is no splashing. As you can see from the picture I did embellish it with moss, plants, and a fairy. I also used leftover tile on the base. I am so pleased with with the final outcome. So far the pump has been working great. There is absolutely no noise from it whatsoever. I do add water daily bc it’s in our LV which has a pellet stove therefore it’s very dry. As for the water sound it’s not real loud but you can definitely hear it. Overall it’s a great little water fountain and I recommend it.

I ordered this fountain a couple of months ago (August) as I was moving locations and going to use it at my desk as an aesthetic as well as white noise. It never came out of the box and wasn't opened until today for the first time. Not only is it broken (all along the base) which I was willing to overlook or try to fix myself, but there's no power cord either! Very disappointed, as I was looking forward to this being a really nice product.Update: The company replaced the product and worked with me to fix the issue. Very professional customer service and attentive. New product is working great and looks great!

First one that was shipped to me, had some glue surrounding the tube I was unable to clean, and the light ring would not fully install. The replacement? Its sphere that rests on *a bed of pumped water* rattles louder than the water itself. Utter garbage.

I ordered style 19 and i do love the look of it. Was very easy to put together.However... it does not make much of a water sound like i was hoping. the water noise is kinda weak. the pump noise does over power the water a bit. over all its not to bad for the price id might buy again.

I love this fountain. It is adorable and runs perfect and easy assembly. Its soothing, not so big but fits perfect in my living room. It lights up and makes the room cozy. The price was great.It is also a perfect gift.

I was pretty thrilled when it came in and had it setup in my living room. The splashing from the water left a real sticky residue around the unit so I constantly had to clean it, and the ball would constantly need to get polished up due to hard water. Otherwise it just kinda stops spinning and sits there hahaha. Eventually I took it down and stored it for a few months till I found a new spot for it. When I wired it back up and started filling it, the thing started leaking hard out the bottom. So yeah it was pretty cool for a bit but I don't think I'm ever buying anything like this again hahaha.2/10

Liked the look of this desktop fountain and it runs well. However not currently able to use it as it is too loud for my studio space due to the design and water drop back into the pool. I'm in a 12 x 12 room, albeit with a lot of hard surfaces (floors, walls, desks) so the water sound quickly moves from soothing trickle noises to reverberating distraction. To spin the ball the pump has to be on the second highest setting only. Anything less and the ball stalls or only vibrates, high speed, the water shoots off the back of the ball and on to desk and floor. It looks nice in our decor, so I kept it and have the LEDs lighting the ball without the pump and may rig it in the future as an atomizer to create a fog illusion in the centre design. It just doesn't work as intended in my office space - may be great in a different setup and if the limitations of my environment are removed, it's worth the 4-stars. Disappointed I can't use it in my space and so not advised for a smaller quiet office area or where lots of impromptu Zoom or Teams meetings are frequent unless you can unplug it easily / quickly. Sounds to remote users like you're in the bathroom, LOL!

Base is a very cheap looking plastic. Returns are to Turkey and are paid by you. If you try it you will only receive a partial refund!Very disappointed!
