Amazing supplement – works wonders for my mom!
I bought the Resveratrol 1450 for my mom a few months ago, and we’ve both been really impressed with the results. She’s been taking it daily, and I’ve noticed a big difference in her energy levels and overall mood. She says she feels more active and refreshed throughout the day.Her skin also looks healthier and more radiant, which is a huge plus! We were looking for something that could support healthy aging and provide cardiovascular benefits, and this supplement seems to do just that. The 90-day supply is very convenient, and the capsule size is easy to swallow. I love that it includes Trans-Resveratrol and other potent antioxidants. Definitely worth the purchase — we’ll be buying again for sure!Highly recommended if you're looking for a natural way to support vitality and well-being.

I prefer this brand for effectiveness
I tried another brand because it reported 1800mg per serving. I return to this brand because it just seemed to work better for me. I felt better. Inflammation in my knee was reduced. My metabolism was faster.

Critical Review of Literature
After reviewing a lot of the claims that this supplement is a potent antioxidant and proven to help restore cellular health and decrease cancer risk (as well as many other claims), I researched quite a bit and what I have found is that Resveratrol has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, decrease cancer risk, improve cognitive alertness and improve vitality at the cellular level... in mice. Mice are good to do research on as a lot of preliminary information we have on drugs come from these studies and is extrapolated for human trials.Resveratrol is commonly prescribed (even though it is available over the counter) by "Anti-Aging" practitioners in combination with NAD+ and other drugs used for type 2 diabetes and immunosuppressant drugs. The main problem with resveratrol is its POOR bioavailability. Only a small percentage of oral resveratrol makes it through first pass metabolism after its ingested. So what you take as 100 or 200mg of resveratrol is reduced by more than 2/3 or more and that results what I would consider, inconsequential int he pursuit of any real benefit.However... subjectively speaking... I agree with many others. Resveratrol has been very beneficial. I am alert, focused, quick witted again, sharper mentally, in less pain and feeling like I have more endurance. I will also say, that I sleep SO WELL since starting this and my dreams are MUCH MORE vivid. I take a combination of:ResveratrolNAD+and SytrinolI do not feel mentally foggy or sluggish like I have for a very long time. Energy is MUCH better and sleep is improved. I have been taking resveratrol for 4 months. The difference is more than subtle and I have not had any side effects unless I take NAD+ and Resveratrol together, I have noticed some nausea... so I split the doses. I also take it at the recommended two caps per day.I have seen some research suggesting that the sublingual or lozenger form of Resveratrol has better bioavailability but so too does this form or trans-Resveratrol.

long term user
Most of you looking at this product probably already know something about the stated health benefits of Resveratrol. I won't repeat all of the information that one can easily find by researching reputable sources of information. I am a physician and have a healthy skepticism of products that claim to heal all that ails a person.I have been taking this product for close to two years now. What have I noticed? Well, that is a bit challenging to answer. Not everyone responds or has the same tolerance to any OTC product or prescription medication for that matter. However, for starters, I have noticed no untoward side-effects. My cholesterol panel has shown improvement in triglycerides, HDL, LDL and total cholesterol. I have also noticed that my skin appears healthier.Again, it can be difficult to truly quantify the effects, as the only way to truly know if I am benefitting would be to have a clone of myself who does not take the Resveratrol capsule. In other words, we cannot always tell if something we are doing now will benefit us in the future. Perhaps it's similar to exercising, we know it's good for us (medical literature proves that), but there are those who exercise (and eat healthy) yet still suffer from a heart attack, stroke, etc. I hope you understand what I am saying. Is taking Resveratrol via capsule instead of drinking wine or eating grapes as beneficial. I suppose many will have their educated opinion about that. I haven't taken the time to look for studies that compare Resveratrol capsules to a diet rich in Resveratrol, if they even exist. I suppose there are some case studies however. For me, I tolerate it and believe the ingredients are beneficial antioxidants that contribute to better health. FYI, I did not receive any incentive by posting this, rather I just thought I would share my opinion as a physician consumer.
