It is an exact replacement for the original remote, which surprised me as it was quite modestly priced compared to many Bose products. Works perfectly, all features supported. Since the unit won’t work without the remote, it’s a necessity that is affordable and available.

The ordeal of installation with crummy infrastructions aside the product works great.

The media could not be loaded. I own an ACCRW2(?), I’m 98% sure that’s the model. It’s an almond covered WAVE 2 with no physical buttons on the hardware. It came with a giant stock remote (not like the “credit card” size being sold here). The circuit board on the original remote must have died because it lost all functionality after placing new batteries inside.Thankfully I came across this seller who had mentioned that the remote is compatible with the system I have. (note: if you are unsure if the remote will work with your system, contact the seller like I did! They were very friendly and responsive)I also really appreciate the fact that the remote I chose came with an included battery. Always nice to have one less thing to worry about.After performing a hard reset on the system, my unit is working good as new! It was impossible to reset the system with the previous remote because it died.TLDR: Buy this product but do your research first to make sure this is what you need.
